The selection of dishes will be tailored to your preference, whether it be meat, seafood, vegetarian, or a combination thereof. Each dish will be complemented with a carefully selected wine. The finale will include dessert, limoncello, and espresso. The culinary lineup is subject to daily change, based on the freshest produce sourced from the local market, and will honor any specific requests you may have, including fish, vegetables, and meat options. Accommodations for vegetarian and gluten-free diets, among other dietary needs, can also be made. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a welcome drink of Prosecco and Sicilian appetizers as the sun sets. Once you’ve unwound with the welcome beverage, you’ll take your place at the chef’s table for a memorable dining experience. Your menu will vary each day based on my market finds and consideration for your preferences, from Fish, Vegetable, to Meat. We also cater to specific dietary needs such as Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, and Vegan among others. Included in the service are a 4-course meal for either lunch or dinner, plus water, wine, limoncello, espresso or americano, along with a commemorative ceramic gift. Additionally, upon request, we offer a personal chef service where Chef Angelo Ingrassia can prepare an authentic Sicilian meal just for you at your own apartment. Each dish, prepared with care, comes with an explanation of its preparation process and historical background. Whether you prefer a meat, fish, vegetarian, or a combination, we will curate a menu just for you. To complete the meal, we will pair it with the perfect wine, limoncello or sweet wine, and espresso.
