Ortigia Market Tour (8:30-9:30)
Savor a delightful stroll through the lively market, exploring local flavors, sampling exquisite Sicilian specialties, and learning about both fresh and preserved ingredients. You’ll also receive Sicilian recipes and have the opportunity to purchase ingredients for the cooking lesson.

Cooking class and lunch (10:00 - 13:00)
The cooking class is held at my villa with a garden in the Arenella area. Participants will prepare a traditional three-course meal using the fresh ingredients selected from the market and relish the delicious dishes they create. As a special gift, you’ll receive a collection of family recipes to recreate Sicilian flavors at home.

Transport
A car is required to reach the villa. If needed, transportation can be arranged for €15 per person.

Cook & Enjoy: Create a seasonal family-style menu (meat, fish, or vegetarian) using the freshest market ingredients. The menu will be tailored to your preferences—the chef will reach out before the class.
