Participants will then dive into the hands-on experience of making fresh pasta, including tagliatelle and ricotta-filled ravioli. Following this, an exquisite “Alla Norma” sauce will be prepared, featuring fried aubergines, tomato sauce, and salted ricotta. To conclude, the classic Sicilian dessert, “Cannolo” with ricotta cream, will be crafted. The experience will culminate at the table, where everyone will share and savor the dishes prepared together.
