First, you will explore the old and new lodgings of the camp, then shift to the interior of the camp boss’s residence. Following that, you’ll go to the ghastly gas chambers and the crematorium, all the while absorbing chilling recounts of mass extermination from your tour guide. Later, time will be set aside for you to honor the memory of the fallen at the victims’ memorial, after which you will gain knowledge about the Pomeranian region’s persecution and occupation.

As the day progresses, you will uncover the first Nazi concentration camp established beyond Germany’s borders. Post the visit, you’ll be escorted to Sztutowo, the former camp site, now home to the Stutthof Museum. First trip to a camp - Webt to Stuthoff with 5 friends. Got picked up in a very nice and clean van. Trip took about 45 min. Got picked up by guide at camp. Had about 1,5 guided hours and then 30min to our self. Guide was good. Spoke decent english and could connect stories to our country. Could easily have spend additional hours on our own time aswell, but we had to catch our ride home after 2 hours. Trip back took 45min again. For 4/6 it was our firsr trip to a camp. Great experience.

Grim, but must be seen - The shoes, The chamber,The ovens, hits home, it's horrible but must be seen. An eerie experience. All that aside Micheal really brought some of the horrors to life and can tell you all aspects of the camp. Simon the driver was one of the nicest, friendliest people you will ever meet and a wealth of knowledge on everything. Guided tour at Stutthof - Very educational and personalized tour. Simon picked us up at the hotel in a minibus with another couple and Thomaz guided us through the museum/camp. History is painful, and all the more important to never forget. Well worth a visit. Recommend having a guide if you don't know Polish since much of the information is in Polish. Both the driver and the guide speak very good English, and they are open to questions and dialogue throughout. Very professional people who are easy to deal with. Thanks for us!

Good trip to take from Gdansk - This is a trip well worth making from Gdansk. It takes about an hour .We were lucky as the only ones that morning .Picked up rom hotel by a very knowledgeable driver who old us quite a lot before we got here. The guide at the camp (Thomaz )was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. I suspect it is much busier in the Summer . Taxi waited for us and we were back in Gdansk just after lunch.

Thank you Simon and Thomas - We was picked up from our hotel by Simon he had vast knowledge of the area and told us lots of historic facts on the way , we then meet Thomas who was our guide around the camp , he was very informative and we learnt a lot . It was upsetting to see what people had to go through but I’m so glad we took time to visit on our first trip to Poland
