The authentic location of Sergio Leone’s spaghetti westerns! - The authentic location of Sergio Leone’s spaghetti westerns! The emotion is up to the task and not just for the fans. Desert landscapes, scenery in very good condition, carefully landscaped site. In the lounge, the waitresses are even dressed in the theme. Included in this formula are the horse-drawn carriage ride by the cowboy, the cancan show, access to the pool & restaurant (a hair off topic! ). Please note: check the bus schedules from Almeria to Tabernas and allow 30 minutes to book and wait for the taxi that will take you from Tabernas to Fort Bravo, both on and off ( 20 euros per race ). Possibility of one night in Bungalow not included in the ticket and parking for who is motorized.

Fantastic day at Fort Bravo - Please please ignore all the negative reviews. We visited today and had a fantastic time.
We researched beforehand which park to go to and decided on Fort Bravo as it seemed to be the best if you just want to see where all those great Spaghetti westerns were filmed. Yes the buildings look old & tired, but they are supposed to and many are original. A film company were setting up for a shoot as it’s still used as a location now.
The shows were fantastic and yes the dialogue is in Spanish, but hey you are in Spain ! but it made no difference to our enjoyment that we didn’t understand what was being said, the actors were all so good it didn’t matter. The saloon show was funny & the Wild West shoot out with Cowboys & horses absolutely fantastic. The horses looked extremely well cared for, which as a horse owner myself was very important to me. After each show the Cowboys happily posed for photos with you. The restaurant was good, we paid 21 euros for a hot meal and drink for both of us, which was very tasty. I did the horse riding, which was 9.50 euros for 15 minutes escorted round the set by one of the Cowboys. You don’t need to be able to ride, the horse was lovely and quiet. Your entry ticket also includes a Horse & cart ride around the set ( think they were Mules actually)
The gift shop was reasonably priced 4.50 euros for a cowboy hat ( which is a must for all your selfies 😂) The staff all worked extremely hard, doing the shoes, carriage rides, running the shop & bar, I found them all polite and happy. If you are looking for a full on theme park with the Wild West, water parks and a zoo Oasys may be better for you, but if you just want to soak up the Wild West Spaghetti Westerns experience and Stand where Clint Eastwood, Lee van Cleefe and all have been, then go to Fort Bravo, you won’t be disappointed.
Thanks Fort Bravo for a very memorable day

Unique experience - Fort Bravo is a special place like being inside the set of a Western movie.
The very cute and funny shows the baby had a lot of fun.

Unforgettable day ❤️ - We had a great day in Fort Bravo, both very informative but also very fun and entertaining. The retrospective of the rich history of westerns shot in these places is very interesting, and the settings incredibly well preserved. I admit that we had the Impression of making a trip back in time!! We loved the two different shows, (we attended those of 2:30 and 5pm) in which the actors really have fun and make the audience interact with great kindness. I had read reviews about shows that are in Spanish, indeed they are, but this is Spain, so it's normal! If you want a show in French, a Trip Tip, stay in France! We were delighted to have fun in Spanish and it allows us to learn!
We took the formula with the restaurant, it is a self but the staff assigned to the service is very kind and considerate. There was no vegetarian dish for our daughter and they did everything to serve her an improvised meat-free menu. If you have a "teenage" ticket, please note that the entry is not included in this menu. That said, the rest is very hearty.
In short, do not hesitate to spend a day in Fort Bravo, especially since the surrounding landscapes are of great beauty.

Atmospheric western city that would have done a little more maintenance good - The trip to the western town was very authentic with nice atmosphere in the Sierra Nevada. The show was well done with stunts and story but you should understand Spanish well. The pool and horse-drawn carriage included are a good bonus
Among the criticisms:
Unsuitable for strollers, but that was clear.
Unfortunately, very few buildings are accessible and many are already very run down from the outside. There is also only a fairly small souvenir shop. Fort Bravo itself was empty and cordoned off.
All in all quite nice atmosphere, but value for money certainly not appropriate for everyone.

Nice nostalgic side - We went a little suspicious in view of the reviews consulted.
At the reception entrance only in Spanish , payment CB without problem
We arrived at noon beginning of the 1st show at the saloon , French cancan dances a little laborious then staged 3 cow boys and 2 sheriffs all in Spanish, despite all the mimics and situations of the actors ready to laugh / smile even for us who do not know the language. On the other hand avoid young children a lot of noises and shooting of guns to all going
12:45 break where we take the opportunity to test the self-service meal at 15 € drink included. Honest without more but it helps if you haven't planned your picnic
14h new outdoor show in front of the bank robbery simulation lounge for 1/2 hour
Actors who slip many touches of humor into their show even if you don't understand everything , they lend themselves easily to taking pictures .
To summarize the least. Award a little expensive 23 € per adult , the buildings are for many tired or even a little dilapidated, lack of explanations also on the site
Pros: very nice actors who do their best, the site recalls well the sets seen in old westerns
We did not regret our visit

It can be improved - The only campsite available in the area. Very, very hot. The first check at the entrance speaks only Spanish and is not very nice. The girls at reception very nice and more friendly. Beautiful setting but it would take some more service.

Tame & Lame - My wife & I drove an 80 miles rounds-trip to visit Fort Bravo. Frankly, a pretty depressing experience! The American & Mexican studio sets were interesting & convincing enough. The marketing advises a possible horse led gunfight, a 15 minute buggy ride around the sets (we timed our trot at 7 minutes and pulled by mules, not horses) and the opportunity to have a good meal in an attractive restaurant. The whole site frankly felt run-down! There was a staged cowboy squabble held in a saloon with 3 or 4 gunshots (no horses involved as possibly advertised), preceded by 2 younger ladies providing some can-can dancing in the saloon and on the small stage in the saloon. The two dancing girls (both covered in tattoos) wore disinterested faces throughout their contribution to the show. The vehicles in the car park at most comprised 20% Spanish, with parked vehicles from France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and like ourselves from the UK, yet some of the recorded support part of the show and all the dialogue was in Spanish. We appreciate we are visiting Spain, but duality of language could be easily set-up. There was no advertisement or direction concerning a restaurant being open at the site and which my wife and I had planned to eat at. To conclude, there was absolutely no atmosphere at the site neither any side shows other than an opportunity to dress-up in western cowboy clothes for photographs to be taken. There was a can-can dance show included in the ticket at 14.30 that day, but given what we had seen earlier in the day, we felt it likely that we would be shown much the same as earlier experienced. My wife and I left after 2.5 hours on site (as did two adult motorcyclists whom earlier arrived at the same time as us). Not worth the €52 paid for the privilage in our opinion.

Rip off tourists - The whole concept is a tourist rip-off. It is very nice for me as a Western fan to see the buildings from movies that I like. However, I find the price of this rather outrageous. We were also told that we get something to eat in the restaurant at the salon and the brochure said that food is made until 18:00. But the fact was that we were there at 4pm and were told that we could still eat the leftovers from the display, but no one would cook a menu anymore an outrage, not recommended. Dying boringly unattractive.

Save your time and money - Rubbish, waist of time and money
Go to Mini Hollywood, million times better.
I did both in the same day from horse’s mouth.
