Meet the whales - While in Tadoussac and passionate about whales, I really wanted to take a cruise. I choose after research a zodiac output and I turn to AML, for their proposed service. I liked the organization and the loan of quality equipment. Safety on the boat, exciting explanations during the outing. We saw a humpback whale, beluga whales, seals, and whales. 3 hours of really exciting outings. I really recommend this central activity in Quebec and this establishment to live an unforgettable experience!!

Very nice observation cruise - 3h observation cruise: we opted for VIP and it was great! We saw whales and belugas. Very good comments from the Chantal Biologist Guide. Superb observation conditions and attentive staff. Meals and drinks ++ included in ticket vip. Great experience!

Todussac's Whale - AML Tours conducted a well organised boat tour. There was a continuous French & English language commentary with clear guidance to view the Whales. The knowledge and depth along with the ability to identify each of the 3 humpback whales we viewed was nice to know. Worth the trip. Weather gods were in our favour that cold October morning

unforgettable - Zodiac outing for whale watching , distribution of protective gear against spray and cold then boarding the boat with Frederic the naturalist and Veronique the pilot and captain , heading offshore for an observation of the marine environment with explanations of the fauna ( whale seal birds beluga) then visit the fjords and description of the local flora. and after a little more than 2 hours that passed too quickly back to port , thanks to our two professionals for these moments.

Memorable day whale watching and we saw them !! - Wonderful experience. Do it !! The whole trip was well organised with expert guidance throughout the trip. Think we were the only English speaking couple on board but the tour guide was bilingual. Thank you

Whale watching - more like spot the whale - If you do this trip from Quebec City as we did,be aware that the coach ride to get to the start took 3 hours. The guide talked non-stop for all 3 hours so it was difficult to just sit and enjoy the scenery; there was clearly a script (we saw it) and it needs some serious editting. Also, take food with you -the company we went with stated that there was to be no food or drink taken on the coach. There was only one short stop and very limited snacks to buy. Once you get to the 'big' boat there were drinks and snacks available but the prices on the boat were very high. We did see the backs of some Beluga whales and the tail (briefly) of a humpback. I don't think you can reasonably expect to see whales breaching the surface - certainly not as it seems from the advertising material. The commentary on the boat seemed rather optimistic about what could be seen. If you can drive to one of the launch points that's what I'd recommend.

Really bad. - No worries to understand that the whales (large) have already migrated, but no explanation information during this zodiac cruise. We saw when we left a beluga and her baby (rare thing), she did not take the time to stop. Whales too. Anyway, we did a lot of boating to see seals. While there were more exceptional animals in our eyes. But above all it is the lack of explanations that fish. What are we gonna see? Or migrate whales etc .. in short zero contact with the captain.

Save your Money! Buyer Beware! - Purchase at own risk as no one from this company is interested in "Customer Service' NOR "Customer satisfaction' > absolutely NOT WORTH IT! OVER-PRICED! Save your money. Once they have your credit card info - your hooked and they'll over-charge you as they see fit. IF and WHEN you actually get to talk to someone you'll get instructions to contact someone new - and that person will tell you something different (and so on, and so on...). Who pays over $300 to go Whale watching on a Big Boat???! Here's AML's final reply; As you have made your reservation on the Viator website, we cannot credit or refund the difference. Please note that we have no control over payments made through Viator. Furthermore, we have already bypassed our terms of sale...

To flee absolutely! - Not at all mammal friendly, the boat is huge and gets too close... the Guide gives false information and they put music during the cruise... if you are looking for a tour that respects the minimum environmental laws and standards for the protection of these animals, run away!
