With dot on 1! - Greatly enjoyed this great trip!
Very friendly driver, Osama and Assistant guide Omar. Helped us first with room rates.. again a lovely man who accompanied this trip and is very kind to his animals..
Breakfast in a mountain hut where we were explained about the whole process of argan oil.
Finally with the head guide Abdel who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and cheerful and managed to find the perfect balance between effort and relaxation. A hike up the mountain to the falls, through the valley. Eventually at his home in the Berber mountain village enjoyed a delicious extensive lunch made by his mother. Nothing but praise and incredible that this can be done for this price. All inclusive. We had a great day, saw and learned a lot, but their fine energy made our day unforgettable!!

I absolutely recommend it - All perfect a super Hicham driver and a very kind and attentive Ayoub guide.
It was all very pleasant, step for the ride with the dromedary, then walk to reach the falls and finally lunch served in a very nice and welcoming place.
I definitely recommend this excursion to immerse yourself in nature away from the chaos of the city.

An amazing birthday trip and surprise - We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 daughters aged 8 and 3. My 3 year old turned 3 on the day of the trip. They accommodated our collection from the hotel at no additional cost even though ours wasn't on their collection list. They were very welcoming and even though we were the only English speaking family on a mainly French speaking group, we always felt well attended to, and looked after. Our guide Ismail was so helpful. The camel ride was amazing, this was our girls favourite bit. There is a hike up to the waterfall which was hard with children but we managed (my husband carried my 3 year old). Although a little hard for them, I'm so glad we did it as the waterfall was amazing. The meal at Ismail's family's house was just beautiful. Sat on a terrace in the mountains felt very special. And then as a beautiful surprise, Ismail arranged for a cake which he got my eldest daughter to carry out which said Happy birthday Isla 3 years old. He asked me the spelling of my daughters name earlier in the day but I didn't suspect haha. Thank you Ismail and our driver (I'm sorry I didn't get his name). It was a truly special day. We gave him a tip at the end for which you could tell he was truly grateful and kept asking if we were sure. I would recommend using this company and the trip to anyone. Unbelievable value for the low price.

A day full of great memories. - This trip was fantastic absolutely loved the waterfall and camel ride. Ismail is a great guide and the food and celebration for my daughters birthday on the roof terrace i would 100% do again.

An authentic and well-organized experience - I'm glad we chose Ibrahim. The trip was well organized, we felt safe on the road with the driver. It was nice to see something different after a few days in the souk. The breakfast at the women's center was amazing and her mother's cooking at lunch extraordinary!

Day trip in Atlas Mountains - Fun day trip with pick up to and from hotel. I stayed outside the Medina, in Le Meriden and the tour guide was right on time with the pick up time they quoted the day before. There were 10 on the tour with me being the only solo traveler. This is generally ok and something I like to do especially when traveling solo (breaks up the trip in a good way).
Tour as described, lunch was good, and happy they supplied utensils (worried about the hygiene and glad they didn’t have us eat traditional way with our hands). The hike/walk is easy (3/10 in terms of effort with 10 being the hardest). In the end it’s a 80-90 minute trip back to pickup point, which is fine given it’s a decent tourism van that seats 15 comfortably.
Along the way in the town and especially in the end at the waterfalls, there’s many sales people trying to sell you goods. They are not part of the tour and if you tell them not interested they usually leave you alone. I appreciated the passion of the tour guide without the hard sell of having to tip. That said, do tip (I usually stick to 20% per traveler of what the tour cost is). Highly recommend.

If anyone needs an escape from their busy schedules, I would recommend you go for this tour! Oh, and not forgetting their hospitality 🤩 lovely delicious food served 🍵

Unreliable fraudsters - They changed the pick up point at the last minute, very inconvenient leaving us no time to cancel which is fraudulent.
Then, THEY NEVER TURNED UP! We were left waiting in the cold for 1 hour, freezing, hungry and stressed. Tried calling them but on ANSWERPHONE! Finally, got hold of them and they said that they did not know how their pick up missed us.
NO apology, No further communication from them.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE UNCARING AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
