- Tahanaout - Our day trip to the Atlas Mountains starts with a pick-up from your Riad or hotel in Marrakech at 09:00. We head towards the Atlas Mountains, with our first stop being Tahanaout.
- Asni - Next, we drive up to Asni valley (1000m) for our next adventure. Here, our camel guide will be ready to take us on a ‘ship of the desert’ ride…
- Tahanaout - Our day trip to the Atlas Mountains starts with a pick-up from your Riad or hotel in Marrakech at 09:00. We head towards the Atlas Mountains, with our first stop being Tahanaout.
- Asni - Next, we drive up to Asni valley (1000m) for our next adventure. Here, our camel guide will be ready to take us on a ‘ship of the desert’ ride across the Asni river. We will also visit the weekly market on Saturday.
- Sidi Fares - We then pass through the Juniper forest and continue our drive into the Sidi Fares valley, where we will be greeted by stunning views and beautiful terrain. After a welcoming cup of mint tea, we will embark on a 2-3 hour guided tour around the Berber villages, with the option of riding mules for those who prefer not to walk. Following this hike (or mule ride), we will enjoy a traditional three-course Berber lunch in a Berber house, experiencing the local lifestyle, traditional cooking methods, and the warm hospitality of a Berber family. We will also assist in preparing mint tea and engage in cultural exchange with the family.
- Marrakech - After our relaxing meal, we will drive back to Marrakech through the Asni Valley, concluding our day’s activities. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, we will have the opportunity to visit the weekly local souk.
