- Tahnaout - Discover and explore deep Berber country in the High Atlas Mountains, and enjoy the landscapes of desert, valleys, villages, and open plains on a full-day trip from Marrakech.
Fall in love with the varied and unique beauty of Morocco’s valleys, mountains, countryside, and desert on this full-day guided excursion from Marrakech. After pickup at around 9:00 AM, head to the Atlas Mountains, passing through a small village where you can visit a traditional Berber Weekley souk (market in Saturday or Tuesday)
- Moulay Brahim - then to Moulay Brahim valley where you will try the experience of camel Ride
- Imlil - Arrive in Imlil and take a trek by foot or by Mule to Armed, the highest and largest village in Imlil Valley. Your journey will take you past waterfalls and the hamlets of Ait Mizan, Targa, and Imoula. Stop off in Tamatert to take in views of ancient irrigated fields of barley, corn, and vegetables, surrounded by cherry and walnut trees. Your guide will point out interesting sites and tell you about Berber culture and heritage along the way.
- Tamatert - Come back down through the village of Ait Souka, where you’ll meet a Berber family and enjoy a traditional Moroccan meal as a guest in their home. Head next to Kik Plateau, at 1,800 meters altitude, offering spectacular 360-degree views, and in spring, a marvelous spread of alpine flowers.
- Plateau du Kik - Arrive at the edge of Lalla Takerkoust Lake, whose dam supplies Marrakesh with all its energy. Take a tea break and admire the views out over the lake
- Agafay - Finally, drive to Agafay Desert and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. Pass through stone desert, barren light brown plateaus, Bedouin villages, oases, and high hills with panoramic views to High Atlas. If the timing is right, enjoy views of the sunset from up high before returning to Marrakech.

Best Moroccan Experience - The tour to the Atlas Mountains was by far the best part of our trip to Morocco. The camel ride was amazing, the food was delicious, and everyone was kind and helpful.
This is a must do experience if you want to learn about the Moroccan culture.

Super fun tour, bring your walking shoes - Ismael was super nice and really taught us a lot of history and culture. This was a well guided tour with a lot packed into 8 hours. Definitely recommend.

Unforgettable experience - An incredibly great tour where you get to see all facets of Morocco or Marrakesh in one day. The guide was extremely nice and accommodating and gave a super great tour. The food that was offered was also excellent. An unforgettable day, thank you very much;)

Great day trip from Marrakech - Absolutely amazing day thanks to our guide Ismael. We learnt so much about the Moroccan / Berber culture and enjoyed every minute of the trip. His English was perfect and he answered a lot of questions from everyone in the group! Highly recommend if you are in Marrakech

THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO ISMAIL LE BOSS - My visit to the Atlas Mountains was an absolutely incredible experience, definitely earning a Rating of 5/5. The scenery was breathtaking, with majestic peaks, green valleys and picturesque Berber villages nestled in the mountains. Each hike offered breathtaking panoramic views and a deep connection to nature!

Amazing value, best tour - One of my favorite tours I’ve ever taken. It was such a good time and so amazing for the price. We rode camels took photos with them multiple stops for tea included. Water bottle included lunch and breakfast included. We went to an all female argon oil manufacturing commune which was so interesting. I learned a lot about the berber people and the history of Morocco. Our tour guide Ismail was amazing. He was so fun and knowledgeable, I felt very well taken care of. It was amazing!

Good experience - The tour consisted of sightseeing smaller towns in Morocco and getting to know more if the interesting culture of the burburs (nomads) and origins of Moroccan language. We were able to dress in moroccan wear and ride camels which was accompanied with tea tasting. The tour ended with a breezy hike and a dinner at the end. Our tour guide, Ismail, was very attentive and gave us a wonderful insight of his country. Thank you for the great experience!
