Amezaiku is a revered Japanese tradition where candy is heated to approximately 90 degrees Celsius to soften it, then artistically shaped using bare hands and scissors. This tour offers a hands-on Amezaiku experience at a specialized store in Asakusa, Tokyo, dedicated to preserving the exquisite craftsmanship of Amezaiku artisans!
