Great! - Loved it - cooked so many different dishes, learned a lot. Amazing and fun array of drinks to try. Had the chance to ask lots questions about the food, and in general about life in Japan, that I’d been wondering about during my trip. Thank you!

Fun, tasty and educational. - Very nice experience. Mai is very knowledgeable and friendly. Shopping together in the local supermarket was also a wonderful and educational moment. The kitchen was well appointed and the recipes were not too difficult and very tasty. I highly recommend this workshop.

Wonderful dinner for all! - I don't think people appreciate japanese cuisine the way it needs to, and this experience shows everyone how versatile it really is and most of all EASY and DELICIOUS! Suzy, Emmy, Nolie, & Sho took us to a local supermarket to get everything ready for dinner, then taught us how to make a complete dinner from simple salads to sushi and egg rolls. Things that make you see how easy and tasty it can be. They did a great job at breaking everything down in easy steps while we cooked and made really tasty dishes. They explained core principles of home made Japanese cuisine and flavor profiles which makes it super easy to remember. They are beyond friendly and speak amazing English so it's very foreign friendly. I highly recommend doing this to everyone!
