• Owaku-dani Valley - Owakudani, also known as the “Great Boiling Valley,” is a volcanic valley in Hakone, Japan. It is part of the Hakone Volcano and is a popular tourist destination known for its unique and dramatic natural features.

It was opened on July 13, 2000, and contains over 200 stores. Many shops in Gotemba Premium Outlets offer tax-free shopping. You can also select coupons from the information center that are relevant and usable at the shops. The prices here are much lower than the stores in the center of Tokyo, making a visit highly worthwhile! All with scenic views of Mt. Fuji. The mall closes one day each year, typically the third Thursday in February, with the next scheduled closure on February 26, 2026.
