Relaxing & insightful - Ken was a great guide and translator for our experience. It was fascinating learning about Japanese zen and Buddhism from a real monk!

A rare tranquil escape in Tokyo! Highly recommended - Ken was a wonderful tour and provided so much information to help us learn about the art of zen meditation. Additionally, there was an opportunity to ask questions with the monk after our experience, which was quite a unique and rare opportunity as well. I loved the tea, cake and calligraphy session that we enjoyed together as well. Thank you for the lovely and inspiring afternoon (and for the great photos!).

Zen experience - Absolutely incredible experience. Our guide Ken and the monk were super welcoming. We had an amazing time, from learning how to meditate, doing calligraphy, and a tea ceremony at the end. Definitely a highlight of our trip and would highly recommend!

I felt very zen - I really enjoy the time spent in this small temple, where all was done to answer our questions and make us feel the reallity of zen practice. Ken, our guide, was particularly friendly, as was the monk. Thank you so much for this moment.

The Must-do activity that you didn’t know you needed! - This was absolutely a highlight of my Tokyo visit. Great insights to Japanese spiritual practices, and my own personal meditation practice. The monk was so very generous with his time. Ken was a SUPER tour coordinator. Many, many, many thanks.

Very memorable experience - This was an incredible experience during our trip to Japan. We were able to practice a sitting meditation, and then calligraphy, and finally a small matcha tea ceremony. This was a very memorable experience and our translator was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this as an intro to zen meditation.
