Meditazione zen - My experience at the temple with the monk was absolutely incredible. It was deeply immersive in the culture and truly evocative. The atmosphere was serene and captivating, making it an unforgettable moment. Tamami, our guide, was extremely attentive and kind, ensuring that everything went smoothly. She provided insightful explanations and took many souvenir photos for us, which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a meaningful and authentic cultural immersion!

Zen meditation - It was a very good experience. I thought the location would be difficult to find, but it was relatively easy. The receptionist Tomami was very enthusiastic and polite. During the course, I felt the culture of Japanese Zen meditation, and it also answered some of my questions about what meditation feels like. I recommend it to those who have not experienced it. It is worth experiencing
