Amazing day tour. - Thank you!
My tour guide is Hemi and he's fantastic, very informative and helpful. I was the only customer on the day which made it a private tour and had an amazing day. The itinerary was just right, packed with the must sees without being too exhaustive. I had so much appreciation on what I'd seen compare to visiting these places on my own.

A personable unique and interesting memory - Hemi was an excellent guide. He had lots of knowledge about the tour, but also of Japan. He had a great humor to make the trip entertaining and was very considerate for personal needs like breaks, advice and health concerns. The tour itself was beautiful and informative. We would recommend this tour in a heartbeat!

Wanderful and insightful tour, highly recommend! - We had a very interessting and insightful day with Yassi. After meeting up we took a quick walk through the old town of beautiful takakyama followed by a quick stop at a local grocery market, which gave us the opportunity to try local and seasonal fruits. Then Yassi quickly introduced us to the world of Samurais and gave us a brief overview over the Edo period in Takayama and the great revolution. We then entered Takayama Jin'ya where we were introduced to the various rooms and ways of living. Later we took an extensive walk around old town with trying some street food and receiving some good recommendations. After having some free time we transfered comfortably to Shirakawa-go, the beautiful unesco medival village. Here we started by a very short 10 min hike to a look out and then dived into the village. Yassi gave us an interesting explaination about the families and the businesses they were in. Furthermore, we went into one of the houses and visited the local shrine.
All in all a superb experience, that we can wholeheartedly recommend!

Fun Day in quiet Japan - Our tour guide Yossi, was fantastic! He explained a lot about the lore of the two towns we visited (takayama and Shirakawago). Something I really appreciated was he gave us free time in both areas for us to walk around. Something that we also loved was the food recommendations he had! We had a lot of snacks in Takayama, and after the tour he recommended a few places for dinner! We went to the conveyor belt sushi place-which has been the best sushi we have had in our 18 day trip in Japan! Thank you for an awesome day!

Great tour in Takayama! - I 100% recommend the tour! Our guide was Hemi, who knows a lot about Japanese history, and the best part is that it was conducted in English. He was very kind to us and explained a lot about the places we visited. We loved everything! It was very comfortable because we were a small group of 7 people, and the transportation to Shirikawago was private in a van. Excellent tour! Highly recommended ☺️

Great English Speaking tour guides - I took their Takayama to Shirakawa go tour for first day. And then for 2nd day is the Kanazawa Tour. The tours they offer are good value for money. I strongly recommend to join their tours to maximize your travel time. Their tour guides are very good also. What I like about them (so far) are their English speaking guides. You can actually understand them (their accent) because its really their first language. But I hope in the future they would accept more solo travelers.

The overall experience of this tour was good - due to the helpful assistance of the guide. - Our tour was well planned with a guide who knew the significance of the cultural experience we had hoped for. The overall experience was good. We were fortunate to not only benefit from an English speaking guide, but one who understood the Japanese.

Good fun in Takayama - Our guide Himi was very knowledgeable and fun to tour with! Luckily the group of tourists we were with were also super down to earth and a fun group, so the whole experience was a blast. 10/10 would do again.

Private walking and minibus tour of Takayama and Shirakawago. - We only had one day in Takayama, but we wanted to see both Takayama and Shirakawago. So this guided walk around the old town in the morning and another guided walk around Shirakawago in the afternoon was perfect for us. The tour included transport between both places. Devin, our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. A thumbs up though to future trippers: if you’re going in cold weather, make sure you wear warm socks as part of the tour was inside with shoes off, and with snow on the ground outside, our feet got very cold! A great day though - thank you Devin and our friendly driver.
