・Meeting and disbanding times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day. The day before the tour, the shop will contact you with details such as the meeting place and time. ・The tour will be held in the rain. However, if we determine that the safety of the field cannot be ensured, the tour may be canceled.

・Please change into clothes that you don’t mind getting wet before joining.

・Please use the restroom beforehand. (There are no restrooms near the site.)

・We cannot accept participants who have been drinking alcohol.

・Please be sure to contact us in advance if you are going to be late.

・To ensure the maximum safety of our customers, all customers on our tours must wear life jackets. Please refrain from removing your life jacket during the tour.

・The target age is 6 years old to 59 years old.

・The target age for SUP is 12 years old and over. If you have children between 6 and 11 years old, choose canoeing.

Snorkeling and kayaking at Iriomte ! - We did a snorkeling boat trip and a kayak trip in the mangroves at sunset. Both outings will leave us with unforgettable memories. The organization is perfect. Ayuka, our guide for both outings, came to pick us up from our hotel and then took us back there. She knows the environment perfectly, took our photos many times (we couldn't bring our cameras) then sent them all to us via Wathsapp. She also showed great patience towards us (we didn't understand everything). I therefore recommend this agency and if you are lucky enough to have Ayuka as your guide, you will be delighted.

Enjoyable tour! - We really enjoyed our snorkling and kayaking tour with Ayuka. She was really nice and showed us beautiful places including a good expanation in English. The photos turned out really well and we are happy that we did this tour, especially since the weather was excellent.

SUP/Canoe+Snorkeling June 2024 - This activity can be separated into the morning snorkeling tour and the afternoon SUP/kayaking tour. In between, there is a chance to grab some lunch either in the supermarket or in one of the restaurants in the surrounding area. Snorkeling (Ayuka): Meeting at the Uehara port and direct take off to the diving spots with a small boat. The whole team of PiPi consists of young people, mostly from other parts of Japan. All of them where extremely friendly, gave reasonable instructions, made the participants feel safe and (some of them) where able to speak english. At two spots we spent around 15mins in the water, had enough time to observe whats going on beyond the surface and also to take some pictures. Also the guides took pictures of the group and distributed via whatsapp later, extremely cool! Also small things like cleaning of the glasses or the chance to shower after the snorkeling part showed the perfect organization. SUP/kakaying (Bandy): Transfer of the people to the boat entry into the mangrove area on Iriomote by a van. You have the choice between SUP and kayak, no worries, the water is not deep, so you dont need excellent swimming skills. The whole tour is about 1 hour, the guide leads the group into an small side arm of the river with enough time to take pictures and to observe small animals hidden in the mangrove trees. In our case, also pictures where distributed later via the whatsapp channel, really cool feature. All in all, I can really recommend this activity, this is the best way to get the "basic Iriomote package" if you dont have that much time on the island.

An unforgettable day: it was wonderful! - I took part in [Iriomote]SUP/Canoe Tour at Mangrove Forest+Splash Canyoning, and it was a great day ! Our guide, Ayu, is extremely friendly and very professional. The activities are fun and the scenery is beautiful. I can't recommend this tour highly enough.

I'm glad I participated! - It was my 7-year-old son's first snorkeling and canoeing experience, so I was worried it would be difficult, but thanks to the friendly guide staff, my kids had a great time and it became a great memory. They were very helpful in taking photos for us throughout the trip. Thank you very much!

It was the best day ever. - It was a great day. It was my first time doing the mangrove SUP in the morning, but if you do as instructed, you can paddle comfortably and it was fun. At the end, you can enter the basin of the waterfall and it feels great. Snorkeling at the coral island in the afternoon was a great way to enjoy the crystal clear waters. The boat took us out quite far into the ocean, and we were able to observe beautiful coral reefs and various fish. We were also lucky to see a sea turtle. We went in August, and the water was warm and very pleasant. And Matsuko, the instructor who guided us this time. She gave us a detailed explanation of the tour and told us a lot about the charms of Iriomote Island, which was very enjoyable. Next time I come, I would like to stay for about 2 nights and 3 days and explore the island more. I think being able to have fun talking with the instructor is also one of the attractions of the tour. Thank you very much!

I recommend the one-day tour! - I was a bit worried about my physical condition, as the course involved snorkeling followed by SUP in the mangroves, but the schedule was relatively relaxed so I was able to enjoy it until the end! Above all, all the guides were kind and caring, so I was able to participate in the tour with peace of mind! I think it's definitely more enjoyable to experience the great outdoors of Iriomote Island with a professional guide ^^ I'd like to try other courses next time too!

Great for both kids and adults - We participated as a family of three (one of us is in the upper grades of elementary school). We went along the river in the green mangrove forest, and it was cool and refreshing in the shade of the trees. It was my first time on a SUP, but the river was very shallow throughout, so we didn't feel scared. The trekking guide was very considerate and told interesting stories, so the children had fun too, and we didn't get bored until we reached the waterfall. In the afternoon, we landed on Barasu Island and found lots of coral and island clownfish, which was a lot of fun. Next time, I would like to stay overnight on Iriomote Island and try a night tour.

The activity was great!! - It was a lot of fun. I felt refreshed after taking a leisurely canoe ride. The trekking was also great as we got close to the bottom of the waterfall. The sea was beautiful and the snorkeling was close to the fish, and we were able to take lots of great photos. Thank you very much.
