Very good 1/2 day winery tour. - Both the tour and winery guides (Daniella and Fernanda) were delightful. The tour time changed twice, from 8 to 1 and then 12:45 - 13:40, but we were flexible.

Disappointing: Rude tour guide / too crowded - My wife and I planned a relaxing day in Santiago and so decided to visit Undurraga viñedos last week and take a wine tasting tour. The infrastructure is ok, the problem lies in the lack of professionalism of some of their personnel. When you reach the premises, the receptionists will place you in any of the many groups that have been organized as at a six flags' rollercoaster in a high-season. Make sure to inform them that you don't speak Spanish or else you'll be listed with a sole Spanish guide. To our Brazilian friends and Portuguese speakers (which were many): our tour guide Consuelo explained that Portuguese and Spanish are similar, so it's been claimed that "you will figure out the explanations in Castellano". The tour overall offers a few explanations on wine production and ends with the testing of four different type of wines. The overall tour is not bad (although I think it is only worthy during harvest), therefore the only reason that motivates us to write this report is due to the bad attitude of our guide towards us: She clearly had a problem with our nationality and made an effort to show it during the entire tour and especially the wine testing. In short, treating us differently than the others, ignoring us as much as she could and other details I will make sure that reach their Management. In our opinion, this has been a bitter experience out of one person's poor attitude and not due to the tour overall. The next day we visited another famous viñedo at the outskirt of Santiago and had a great experience... Hence keep these activities as highlights of your itinerary when visiting this beautiful country!
