• Wat Kalayanamit Varamahavihara - Your dinner cruise will pass by Wat Kalayanamit. Wat Kalayanamit is a historically significant temple that was constructed during the reign of King Rama III. The temple’s highlight is the ‘Grand Vihara,’ which houses the revered ‘Phra Buddha Trai Rattanayok’ (also known as Luang Pho To), a large seated Buddha image in the Mara Vichai posture. This Buddha image is especially revered among the Chinese community, who refer to it as ‘Sam Po Hud Kong’ or ‘Sam Po Kong.’ The temple complex also includes the ‘Ubosot’ (ordination hall), inside of which is the Buddha image in the Pali Laiyak posture. • Wat Rakhang Kositaram Woramahawihan - Your dinner cruise will pass by Wat Rakang Kositaram. Wat Rakhang Khositaram Woramahawihan is an ancient temple that dates back to the Ayutthaya period. Originally named “Wat Bang Wa Yai,” it was later elevated to a royal monastery by King Taksin. The temple gained its current name, “Wat Rakhang” (Temple of the Bell), after an ancient bell was discovered within its grounds during the reign of King Rama I. Apart from its beauty, the temple is renowned for its Ubosot (ordination hall), which showcases architecture from the era of King Rama I. The Ubosot features Narayana on Garuda images on its gable and houses numerous important wall murals.
