Take in the majesty of Bangkok’s skyline aboard The River Star Princess Cruise along the Chao Phraya River. Embark on a romantic two-hour voyage with us to see the Grand Palace, Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn), and the Rama IX suspension bridge whilst savoring our three-course meal of Thai and International fare, all while soaking in the soothing Thai classical dance performance. Post-dinner, choose to let loose on our disco club within the ship, bringing great music to your ears, or immerse yourself in the ancient wonders illuminated under the moonlight.

Night on the River in Bangkok. Great time! - It was a great way to see Bangkok from the river. The service was phenomenal, and the waiters were very attentive. Always making sure my water glass was filled. Food was very tasty and had a good variety.

Lovely evening on the Chao Phraya River. Just do it! - There were a few critical reviews of this cruise and after experiencing a lovely evening on the Chao Phraya I was a little surprised. This ship is in good shape. The bathroom was refurbished, clean and nicely modernized. The boat was lovely. The presentation was lovely, from the moment they pulled up to the pier standing at formation with upbeat music playing. The entertainment was great, with a combination of traditional Thai dance and a modern band very willing to play requests. The food was tasty, plentiful, with a great selection. I now consider this cruise a "must-do" and my brother, who is coming later this year, has also planned to replicate the evening. Put this on your "must-do" list when you are in Bangkok. You will have many smiles and many happy memories. Just a bit more. The "address" given is a moderate-sized shopping mall. I think they assume you know this. Once you arrive, just ask where Starbucks is and you will see where to sign in. Rush hour is horrid at this time so I suggest taking the skytrain, then a short motocycle taxi ride to the mall. (50 baht a person).

The night cruise through... - The night cruise through the city was a fascinating experience. The food was excellent, the onboard entertainment was enjoyable, and the staff was very friendly.

Food was great, even... - Food was great, even though rained the staff had it well covered. Cleared up for the night.
Would have loved a bit more up beat music and not waiting for someone that wanted to sing.

Good experience dinner on the river - We did have a great time and enjoyed the beautiful Bangkok City and beautiful Temples at nigh when the light are lifted up, the food was good, the entertainment and music was good (it would be awesome and more fun if the singer sang better in English)

There is no Free Admission, you just sail pass - I really wanted to give it a poor rating because of the description. It had said free admission which means you get to go inside of the temple and the palace. You dont, its just go by the temples and palace. They received and extra star because the service and food was great.

Not a good experience - The food is average with few options. Some food was cold. We had a very bad experience with the lack of communication in English. We were asked to choose an option for drink and after they assured it's free and no extra charge we ended up having a bill and saying that only tea, coffee and soft drinks were free. No one clarified this in advance although we asked. We felt like we were scammed. Didn't like how they responded regarding this matter. Won't go again.
