Additional Information

Our Phuket food tours have been voted the best culinary adventures on this food-obsessed island by TripAdvisor.

The Chinese and Malay cultures have left their gastronomic mark on Phuket along with just a pinch of Indian spice, leaving a unique cuisine found no where else in Thailand. Forget Thai green curry, papaya salad and mainland staple fare; Phuket’s proud of it’s dim sim houses and sticky, dark moo hong pork belly curry, it’s soy sauce noodles and crepe-wrapped fresh spring rolls.

Wrap your chopsticks around sticky handmade fresh spring rolls, wok-fried mee hoon, Hokkien noodles peppered with delicate prawn wontons and char sui barbecue pork, spiced chicken curry puffs, gaeng som fish curry and much more on this gastronomic island journey.

But this tour isn’t just about the food. It’s about the people and the place. Why does the city have pretty Portuguese townhouses? Why the city is festooned with Chinese temples? And what are those amulets that everyone’s wearing?

The foods were variety, different, interesting, and very locally. You do not need to eat anythings before, because your stomach will fulfill with a lots of foods there. The meeting point is very easy to reach by Grab from the hotel. I love the most was deserts, it's not only delicious but it's beautiful.

Truly unique Phuket tour - Amazing tour of local phuketian food with Nam, our knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming guide. We ate at places we would never have found ourselves and learnt about Phuket history and tradition along the way.

Perfect food tour for foodies - Everything was absolutely wonderful. Our guide was Lucky. She was very patient with me being a little bit late and even contacted my taxi driver to make things easier for me. She was very knowledgeable and told us many things not only about the food itself and its origins but about thai tradition. Now, the tour is an absolute must. As a foodie, i enjoyed going to places that i wouldn't have gone by myself. You will taste too many things so go with empty stomach. I will definitely recommend this tour and Lucky to anyone who is going to phuket.

What an amazing food tour! - Great solid food tour of Phuket, we had about 11-12x different dishes, and was so full at the end of it. Our guide on this rainy July day was Cat, and she is a true local legend. The whole tour took just over 3-hours on this particularly quiet day, however I think I had eaten more than a whole day worth of meals in that period. So please come hungry, and be open to different flavours that you haven't had before.

No spice no life! - A wonderful experience tasting dishes which would be far beyond the imagination of the average tourist. Our guide Lucky was an exemplary source of information, advice and bad dad jokes -she managed to keep the energy, humour and conversation going strong so that the four hour tour flew by...the only clock was our stomachs which finished the experience happily satiated. Hugely and highly recommended.

One of a kind, great with adventurous kids - Nana was an amazing tour guide. Great knowledge of food, culture and history. She was very accommodating for our daughter, who was on crutches and could only walk slowly… she also adapted the tour to allow for our kids taste buds with an extra ice cream stop…kids were 9&12 and totally enjoyed the tour too
