great boat tour - a great tour. in our case it was a private one (no one else joined, but we didnt book it is a private). very well organized. good communication with Ann, via whatsApp. boat was in great condition. great driver - chai. lots of time on the water (most of the time). u really sail in the small canals one un-needed stop at the orchid farm

Good boat tour - This was a good tour. The pick up is a little out of the way but it all worked well and the captain did a good job of taking us round the sights. Feeding the fish was great fun

Bangkok Canal tour - Great to see the backwaters of Bangkok. The boatman was very friendly with a little English - enough to give us details of the wildlife and points of interest. Loved the orchid farm stop off. Really enjoyable 2 hours away from the hustle and bustle of the city

Reliable services - I am very satisfied with the services of Pandan Tours. They confirmed my private tour very fast, communication was instant, questions answered immediately. Boat was in time where it was supposed to be. Location of the boat is very easy, literally 2-3 minutes from the metro stop.

Great afternoon khlong tour! - We wanted to do a khlong canal tour very last minute. I did call bangkok Boat and all I could arrange a boat tour for 2hrs later! All went really smooth, the phone contact, the directions and the payment. I was really happy with the service! The boat tour itself was really nice. We went in the afternoon, so it was quiet on the canals. We had plenty of time on the canals, saw several monitor lizards in the water thanks to our attentive boat captain and made a stop at an orchid farm. The owner guided us through his farm, giving some information. Beautifull flowers! We also made a stop to feed huge fish in the water. Bread was provided by the captain. Especially my daughter loved this! Although it was really hot in Bangkok this week, we enjoyed the boat trip. On the boot, we had a nice breeze and we were in the shadow of the roof, so don't be affraid to do this tour in the afternoon as we did. When I would come back to Bangkok, I would even opt for a longer tour, allowing stops at the beautifull temples we passed and to have a drink at one of the waterfront café's. I can defenitely recommend this company!

Family boat trip - We really enjoyed our boat trip overall. We did not have a guide but the sailor pointed out interesting landmarks and slowed down so that we could see them and take pictures. We stopped to get off twice,m; one of which was a little orchid farm, led by the lovely owner. Then we stopped again to feed the fish, and we were each given a full loaf of bread. We got back in the boat and were encouraged to take photos. We also booked on the day via WhatsApp, and then had to change our plans again last minute but this was no problem. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend.

Great Experience down the canals of Bangkok - Amazing trip down the canals of Bangkok. The boat driver was very considerate in slowing down for us to take pictures of temples, statues etc. Water is provided on the tour. We stopped off a couple of times to view plants and feed the fish in the canal which made the trip even better. Fully recommend.

Great experience in Bangkok klongs - Great tour ! Starting with an incredibly big Buddha then a long time sailing to appreciate the klongs, the nice orchid farm and then the great floating market of Lat Mayom where you can find many type of food . The boat driver was very kind and helpful.

Private 3 hour boat cruise - We had a very lovely tour through the canals of Bangkok with a gentleman named Mr T, who was very good at his job and informed us of everything and took many many photos of the three of us together. With my 2 year old daughter and WIFE. He said he would send them to us after the tour. So we didn't think to take group photos of us as a family together as Mr T looked after that for us. It was really beautiful and a great experience, BUT unfortunately the experience was ruined by Mr T deciding to not send us any of the photos and deleting them all, so we had no photos of our family as a group together. The only way we can understand that he did this was that we gave him a tip of 100 baht tip at the end, but he seemed quite disappointed with that and actually just gave it away to the boat driver and then deleted all our photos. Shame on you Mr T 😡 UPDATE: They refunded us 50% to say sorry for the loss of the photos which was a nice gesture.
