Fun in the trees! - Our two guides were awesome!!! We enjoyed our tour even though it was rainy and we couldn't see Denali at the viewing point. It was a bit challenging but we felt proud to have accomplished it! Mallory and EJ were fun to hang out with.

Waste of money, please choose somewhere else - My mother decided to book this zipline tour for myself, my boyfriend, my sister (who has autism disorder), and my sisters friend. My sister loves to zipline and has done it many times with no issues, however this tour was “active participation”. When I was helping my mother book our reservation, we were aware that it would be active but all it initially read was the ability to climb stairs and to stand from a sitting position which is all something my sister is capable of. The website did not explicitly say the extent of mental capability one would need unless much further investigation. We booked the reservation the day before the tour and nothing indicated there would be an issue with my sister until we had to sign the waivers, which was made available only after it was booked and of course no refunds were available. At that point we had no choice but to try and allow my sister the chance to join in but she was unable to participate so her friend and her had to leave the tour. I understand why she was not allowed to participate, but the no refund policy is outrageous and a tourist scam to get money. Not to mention, the tour was alright definitely not as insanely pretty as the brochure showed (we went in August). I would not recommend this tour it was ridiculously overpriced for the tourists and the no refund policy is extremely inconsiderate especially since you have to dig around the website to get the full-depth description of the “active participation” unless AFTER booking the reservation where then no refund is available. Definitely not worth the money and my least favorite part of the trip. The tour only lasted one hour. ONE HOUR! There were very few stopping points and I was unpleasantly surprised with how quickly it ended. The tour guide made a comment about how she was a college student and asked my boyfriend and I to convince the other older couple that was with us to tip them since the woman was wearing expensive earrings and was on the Princess Cruise Line so "she must have money". I am a college student too, so I get needing money, but the only workers there were very young college students that acted entitled the entire time. This tour was ridiculously overpriced and I wish I had not wasted over $700(!!!) on this rip off. Cannot express how disappointing this experience was but if I can at least let someone know of the reality of this overpriced tourist trap, then I am happy.
