Friendly Tallinn - A great overview of a beautiful city. The level of detail was about right for us, as we only had one full day in Tallinn

Very fun tour, lot of sightseeing and a great history lesson - I had a 3 hours tour, we were 4, around half the time by car and the other half by walking in the Old city. Even if it was snowing all day, it was more than worth it because our guide made us discover some great places (different styles of old Wooden house, Kadriorg Palace, museums, Churches, sightseeing places, best shops for hand made souvenirs, places to get a decent lunch ... ) and also gave us a nice history lesson about Peter the Great and Estonia. Thank you Anastasia (our guide) for this amazing visit and also my friends from Australia. Will surely book another tour.

Frustrating; Over-charged. - Participants on the tour were instructed by the tour operator to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the tour. I did so. The tour guide was late. The tour guide was not very late, but was late nevertheless. This situation created considerable confusion among the tour participants. A guide for another tour requested my tour information to see if she could call the operator to see where the guide for this tour was. To do that, I had to access international data on my phone, and incurred a charge of 10 Euros. This should have been totally unnecessary had the guide been to the start point ahead of schedule, or at least on time. In light of the international data charge I incurred to locate the late tour guide, I REQUEST A PARTIAL REFUND OF THIS TOUR.

Disaster with the app - I signed up the tour on the Viator app, but had to cancel three hours later because of a schedule conflict. Even though I canceled well before the deadline to do so, I was charged for the trip, and the tour organizer tried to contact me to find out where I was.
