Great service and organised tour - The entire tour was very well organised from the pick up to the return transfer to the ferry terminal. Our tour guide, Elena was very knowledgeable and adaptable to our needs. Small details like toilet breaks were arranged in the middle of tour as there were no public toilets in the old Town. Even days prior to the tour, they also made effort to contact and assure the confirmation of the tour. Highly recommended! And value for money.

This tour covers a lot for a one day stay. - A wonderful day with Anna. Prompt pickup at cruise port with the group divided between vans for the first half which was seeing the sites of Helsinki with short stops to walk to several of them including an amazing church. this phase seemed to cover major tourist spots and the downtown and then we were dropped off the walk the old city. There was quite a bit of walking over cable stoned streets. With difficulty one participant was able to go in a wheel chair but i am not sure that was a good idea. There is a lot to see in the old town. After the two hours of this phase there was an hour free time before the van back to the ship so in reality this is a 5 hour tour not 4. The group was about 16 people so a good and cheaper alternative to the ship offerings and probably more comprehensive.

Excellent tour and so well done. - My wife and I booked this tour as an excursion on our recent cruise on the Carnival Pride. The tour was fantastic. There was so much for us to see and this tour company performed beautifully. Daria, our guide provided us a very memorable day and wonderful information about this fascinating city. It became our favorite port on our cruise. So much so we have placed Estonia on our list of places to go as a destination location.

Tallinn visit - Although we had a little mix up meeting our guide for the tour, we eventually got with him. He walked with our group through the old town and upper town telling us the history of Tallinn. We also took a car tour with him and visited many sites outside the historical center. It was an insightful day in a beautiful country.

Totally wrong - The tour was to leave at 12:30. Instead they left at 10:30. I was not informed as they tried to call me but I had no cell service on cruise. Total disappointment. No money refund yet.
