Really great tour - Alfredo was a wonderful guide and the tour was a great way to see Joya de Ceren, las ruinas de San Andres, lunch at a restaurant overlooking beautiful Lago Coatepeque and an easy hike at Cerro Verde! He knows the area really well and you can tell that he has a lot of love and passion for the area. I went with my sister and elderly but spry mother (81 yrs old) and we all had a great time.

Mayan ruins that should not be skipped - The tour was really nice, the mayan sites in El Salvador are not as known as the ones in the other central american countries so most people skip them but I think they are worth seeing. Our guide Adonis was very professional, he took very good care of us, explained everything in detail both in English and Spanish and he also took us to a good restaurant.

Thorough tour of the Mayan sites around San Salvador - Enjoyed seeing the three main Mayan sites near San Salvador. The tour guide was knowledgeable and passionate about the sites. The pace was good and he offered to help take pictures along the way. Lunch was a bit slower than expected, but that was more the restaurant’s fault than the tour guide. Be aware that the tour may return a bit later than expected if the lunch goes long and the traffic slows down your return. I would have preferred the half day option if it was available as the city visit wasn’t worth the extra time in my opinion.
