Great Mayan tour, lunch with lake views and coffee between volcanos - Adonis was a great guide for the Mayan archeological site and let us have time to explore the excellent museum. He found us a wonderful spot overlooking the lake for a local lunch and finished with coffee between the clouds and volcanos. Highly recommend Adonis and his driver.

Remember Mother Nature always has the final word - 5 out of 5. The guide was bilingual and very knowledgeable. We were not fortunate to see the volcanos due to weather the ruins however were throughly explained and were granted access before other groups.

Our guide, Alfredo Diaz, was knowledgeable, passionate and funny. The lunch on Lake Coatepeque was the perfect way to end the day. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting El Salvador.

Short review of the trip along the Mayan Route of El Salvador. - The trip to the Mayan Route of El Salvador took place on a beautiful day. It was our Guide and Host Mr. Alfredo Díaz, who met us at the hotel at the scheduled time and transferred us in his vehicle to La Joya de Cerén, San Andrés and Tazumal, very interesting and beautiful places, which are witnesses of the Salvadoran Mayan past. The Guide accompanied us to each of the sites and explained to the small group the history of them, as well as aspects of great interest related to them. I recommend it and hope you continue to offer this interesting tour, which was complemented by a visit to Santa Ana and lunch by Lake Coatepeque.

Underwhelming - The tour was underwhelming, with the ruins being smaller and less significant than expected. However, the most disappointing aspect was the behavior of the guide, Raul Pineda. He was unprofessional, rude, engaged in tense political discussions with participants, and provided information that was either inaccurate or false. This negatively impacted the overall experience.
