Highly recommend Diego! - Diego was exceptional. He gave us a history lesson on the drive to the waterfalls. We had a great time on this excursion and didn’t feel rushed and were given time to explore the amazing views! Highly recommend this tour. Be sure to be well hydrated and have a balanced breakfast because you will need it for this hike!

Beautiful views and great guide! - We chose this package to go as a couple with my mother in law as this is our 1st time in El Salvador. The places are beautiful, such a reward after a hard hike. Cristal clear water in the falls. Our guide Diego was super patient, polite and very friendly. He told us about the life in El Salvador, which was really interesting to learn about. My mother in law had a hard time going up the hill during the Falls Complex and Diego was very flexible and accommodating, which we truly appreciate it. If you book a trip, ask for Diego!

Best tour and tour guide ever! - Our guide was Diego and we had also had Freddy who is a local guide who assisted Diego. Fantastic from the moment we were picked up.. Diego is so kind and gracious. He didn’t mind all of our questions about his country. He was so patient with us as the hike back up is a journey and not the easiest but worth it. They even took the best pictures of me in the waterfall much better pics than my own. Diego was such a wonderful tour guide if you can get him do it! He makes you feel just like family.

Trip to El Salvador - It was a very great experience. Very peaceful and most of all beautiful! Our tour guide, Gomez was the best. He gave us a lot of historical information on El Salvador from the past to present. He was very helpful and made the experience to the fall that much greater.

A great day chasing waterfalls - Diego Go was a great guide. He got us up and down to the waterfalls safely and made sure that we had the best photos. We had an amazing day and learned a lot about the local flora. I used this company in late 2023 as well with Gaby to the Santa Ana volcano and had a great experience. Highly recommend.

⚠️Not your typical hike - Our tour guide, Gaby, picked us up from the hotel right on time at 8 AM. With just three people in our group, it felt personal and relaxed. Gaby was not only a skilled driver but also shared a wealth of knowledge about El Salvador’s history. After about an hour’s drive from San Salvador, we arrived at Tamanique. The hike is definitely not for the faint of heart! The easy part was the descent to the waterfalls, which involved a steep, winding trail down the mountain for about two miles. Jumping into the refreshing cold water was the perfect way to cool off, and we enjoyed a relaxing break for about 2 hours starting the challenging climb back up. The uphill trek was tough, but we took it slow and steady, eventually reaching another waterfall where we paused to enjoy the cool mist. Once we got back into town, we treated ourselves to a delicious homemade sorbet (Minutas y Licuados) for just $1—a perfect little refreshment! Next, we drove to Playa El Tunco, where we had two hours to grab a bite to eat and soak up the sun and surf before heading back. A huge thank you to Gaby for making the day unforgettable!
