Surf City Playa El Tunco - Surf City Playa El Tunco is a place that deserves several comments. El Tunco Beach is not the best beach, its sands are dark which makes the sea look dark. Restaurants: a lot of variety, mostly beautiful and variety on the menu. Their prices are good. The boulevard is very very beautiful, colorful, happy, friendly people. You feel a lot of personal security.

Nice experience to connect with nature - Very nice place, remote, quiet and super clean, the guides are very good and the price is affordable for foreign tourists, the only thing is that already inside the property it requires a 4x4 car

Two highlights of El Salvador with an amazing guide! - The waterfalls and El Tunco were such a fun day trip from the city! I’d recommend wearing hiking boots for the hike to the waterfalls and water shoes once you swim/jump. It’s a rocky hike but worth it. El Tunco is only a few streets but is lively with restaurants and a beautiful spot to surf or watch the sunset. Gaby (our tour guide) also made this trip so special for us! She shared so much knowledge about El Salvador along the way, was fun company and very organized/communicated well! Don’t miss this one if you are looking for a fun day trip!

This experiences well worth having. - guide were very friendly I wish we had more time to spend at the large waterfall. Only one of the waterfalls was really worth seeing the other two were very small. I wouldn't call them waterfalls I'd call them a little trickle of water. 🙃

Workout lol - Ok all four waterfalls are extremely beautiful. But fair WARNING ⚠️ this hike is not for the weak. It’s about 2miles in and 2miles out…. Be prepared. I really like the overall experience but I did care for my young tour guide. When hiking with people who have never hike you should be more attentive and pay attention. He really didn’t help a lot. Just walk and we were supposed to follow. Then at the beach he had an attitude and was ready to go so walk ahead of us instead of waiting… and you guess we got lost and had to find the parking lot to find him sitting in car irritated. Like I said waterfall and hike was beautiful… TOUR GUIDE NOT SO MUCH…
