- Tamarin Bay Surfschool Mauritius - Our company takes you on an unprecedented morning quest: the observation of dolphins in their natural habitat, the Tamarin Bay. The morning offers perfect conditions for having the chance to observe the two fabulous marine mammals: the spinner dolphin (Stenella longirostris) and the bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops truncatus), which often take refuge in the bay at night in order to mate and feed. Embark with your guide on the kayaks to discover in a responsible and respectful way the dolphins of Mauritius.
This 2-hour adventure is open to everyone and does not require any previous experience with kayaks.
It is important to note that we cannot guarantee with certainty the presence of dolphins. These are sometimes off the coast, inaccessible by kayak. An alternative route will then be proposed to discover the Tamarind River and its wildlife.

A Fantastic Kayaking Adventure with Gilles - We had an incredible kayaking tour with Gilles, exploring the ocean with dolphins and later a stunning river. Gilles is an amazing guide—knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated to making sure we see and learn as much as possible about wildlife and the environment.
His enthusiasm and effort made the trip unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mauritius!

Great kayak paddling experience with dolphins. - A very nice kayak paddling with Mathieu. During this paddling we were able to see some dolphins, so peaceful and nice experience. Also we paddled up at Tamarin river for a bit, also very nice. I can highly recommend this company to go paddling, they are very much considering the habitat of the dolphins.

Great experience - We had a morning to remember. It was awesome to get this close to the dolphins and watch them playing in the bay. We really enjoyed the tour guided by Jérémie, thank you!

Kayaking with dolphins - We were able to go kayaking to observe the dolphins where we had the chance to spend 1 hour with them under a beautiful sun.

Wonderful kayak tour - It was a wonderful kayak tour early in the morning. We were able to watch dolphins for about an hour until they retreated to the open sea. Observing them from the kayak was very respectful. Afterwards we went a bit further along the Black River. Many thanks to our nice guide Yan.

An unforgettable experience - What a wonderful adventure we had with Yan. A kayak trip where we had the joy of admiring the dolphins around us then a walk on the river, we loved
Yan is attentive and very friendly, he explains the history and life in Mauritius, he is passionate about what he does.

Beautiful Tour - Our Tour with Gilles was very beautiful. We had a nice Tour to the Dolphins in the Bay and a little Tour on Tamarin River. It was a great experience

Soothing, incredible - Our Guide Jeremy was great and made us laugh! We were a small group (4 people). So being solo I went double canoeing with Jeremy. He knew how to adapt by taking the excursion in French and English! Even though we could not see a dolphin, I am very happy to have done this activity which is respectful of the environment and animals:) we could see fish and sunrise which was already very good!!

Excellent kayaking with dolphins - Great trip kayaking with dolphins. Beautiful scenery. The guide was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend! We also did the tamarin falls hike with yanature, which was also excellent 👍👍👍
