• Playa Conchal - We’ll stop at Playa Puerto Viejo, the southern point of one of Guanacaste coast’s most beautiful beaches - Playa Conchal. Keep your eye out for howler monkeys in the trees near the entrance. And if you want, walk along the soft white sand and take a refreshing dip in the the clear turquoise water.
• Playa Zapotillal - We’ll then head over to a secluded beach called Playa Mina (or Playa Minas). You won’t find many tourists here. Look out for wandering iguanas in the shade of the trees as well as hermit crabs on the sand. Be prepared for a spectacular sunset if you come during this time.
