Definitely memorable - Great snorkeling trip. We were the only couple snorkeling on the trip (rest were diving) which meant we had our own guide who was very good at pointing out fish and telling us about what we were seeing. We saw lots of beautiful fish, a turtle and even a shark. Highlight was also seeing whales while on the boat.

Snorkeling - My friend Alissa and I had a blast and saw so many fish, coral, sting rays and even a shark! Lily was awesome and so was the captain.

Excellent morning's snorkelling - Excellent morning's snorkelling. Guides were very, very helpful and friendly - our 9 year old struggled a bit with the snorkelling, but Mariano was happy to tow him around. Plenty of fish to see at both sites. Some even saw a shark during the snorkel and we saw a whale en route to the first site. Overall, a brilliant experience. Many thanks guys.

Great Snorkling Trip - This trip was exactly as advertised. Started on time, 45 min boat ride to Santa Catalina island (saw a Ray jump out of the water on the way), two 45 min dive/snorkle sessions (on different sides of the island) and then back to Tamarindo. The guides were very friendly and kept good track of us. One of them was very helpful with naming the different types of fish we saw and pointing out the reef shark!!! Snacks and drinks were provided after each dive/snorkle. I think there were about 5 divers and 10 snorkelers. Two guides for each group. The absolute highlight for us was, when we were getting our equipment on for the 2nd dive we saw a humpback whale a little way off so when we got in the water we could hear them singing. So cool!!! The boat wasn’t glamorous but it got the job done. Overall, a great morning.

5 star snorkeling. - Great snorkeling adventure. There were both snorkel and scuba on the boat, but I never felt as if this was a scuba excursion with a snorkeling option. Long bouncy boat ride out to remote island. They dropped the snorkelers and the scuba in different spots. You are definitely in the Pacific Ocean, close to a remote island. Guide Lily let us around and pointed out quite a bit of marine life. My wife was afraid to go in the water, but Lily helped her in and stayed with her the entire time. Pufferfish, sharks, many schools of fish, many different kinds of fish. Great for GoPro memories It’s a little rough out on the ocean, not the same as a beach snorkel. They probably do need to go over emergency situations prior to leaving, but I never felt unsafe.

Awesome half day, affordable snorkeling excursion! - We had an awesome half day snorkeling excursion to Catalina Island! The trip was easy to book last minute and they let us know everything we needed to be prepared. The boat ride out to Catalina was about 45 minutes, just the right amount of time to enjoy the views and chat with the crew. They prioritize relatively small groups so there was plenty of space to enjoy the ride and interact throughout the day. We snorkeled with Lily and loved her energy and her expert fish spotting! We saw tons of beautiful and colorful fish, rays, starfish, a turtle, eels and more. It was the perfect amount of time to be out in the water as we got back to shore around noon and could enjoy our whole afternoon relaxing. Highly recommend this excursion!

Excellent Group To Spend Time On The Water With - Wonder guides during our trip. We were able to have some in our group do the snorkeling, while other did the scuba diving.

Pura vida at its best - The guides and crew of the ship were amazing. Lily was our snorkel guide - fun, funny, generous and very knowledgeable. We saw an incredible amount of sea life; it was the perfect day. Thank you for also helping me practice my Spanish 😉 I highly recommend this shop for snorkel or scuba so you get the best local knowledge and time in water.

Alright experience, would have been better in a smaller group - Hopefully when you are doing this adventure the group size is smaller as it was pretty large and getting kicked by other snorkelers was something that happens often and pretty annoying. We were able to see rays dolphins and turtles during the trip but the water was pretty murky which couldn't be helped as nature does what it does. My only suggestion would be smaller groups to avoid getting quicker by others who aren't aware of their surroundings.

The underwater world was beautiful, but I wouldn’t book this trip again. - The underwater world was enjoyable, but the $95 price didn't feel justified. The trip lacked organization, leaving us unsure about the schedule. The advertised 40-minute boat ride to the island actually took 1 hour and 30 minutes. Additionally, the website mentioned a return time of 12 pm, but we didn’t get back until around 1:15 pm. I wouldn't book that trip again I was disappointed.
