Best boat in the AREA - Incredible experience, I have been on 3 other catamarans that charge the same price. But these boats are smaller and the alcohol is not up to bar to timarouba. The staff was really friendly, the lunch was incredible, and the music was perfect. The best sunset ive seen around the world. Incredible, i would go again as soon as possible.

Recommend 100%, 10/10!! - We had the best experience on this catamaran tour. Myself and my partner have travelled the world going on excursions, and this was by far the best one either of us has experienced. The boat ride to a private beach area, a full meal being served, the kayaks/paddle boards/snorkeling equipment available was perfect. The crew was also incredibly kind and accommodating. The boat itself was spacious and comfortable, and we saw a pod of whales on the ride back to Tamarindo. Not a single complaint from us, and we would do it again every single time!!

Fun afternoon cruise - The boat and crew were wonderful. It was clean, Justin and his crew were knowledgeable and helpful, and they kept it fun! Even with thunderstorms rolling in, it did not dampen the fun snorkeling, kayaking and swimming in the ocean or hanging out on the catamaran nets. The only thing to note is that this is billed as a sunset cruise, and you do not get to see the sunset on the boat. We were back on the beach by the time the sunset happened. Still a well worthwhile experience!!

The best sunset cruise! - The crew is fabulous and accommodating-not the usual hooting and hollering to get drunk. Lovely lunch and excellent opportunity to swim, float, paddle board and relax. Highly recommend

Great food, drinks, crew and sunset. - Three person crew kept the drinks flowing and the music going. Had time on the trampolines, relaxing. If there were flippers for snorkeling, that would have been great. Saw lots of fish and a sting ray.

Fun time great crew - Crew was great , open bar and lunch was a great, would have given 5 stars however weather was cloudy and water choppy at the secluded beach we anchored at so we weren’t able to enjoy the water activities . We did get a little sunset at which was nice. This is a great thing to do in Costa Rica .

OK time, but people should know it's a loud party booze cruise - Pros: Boat was nice and views in Costa Rica are great. Egg beach is a cool place to stop and visit. The lunch was pretty tasty. Crew were all very friendly. Cons: The cheesy club music started about 5 minutes in at high volume and went on for most of the cruise. Made it hard to have a good conversation with anyone or really enjoy the beauty. Safety isn't a big concern. Experience: Drinks on the way out were way watered down. Maybe for the best as one guy who was drinking his own tequila and was a poor swimmer almost went under at our stop. He was helped by other passengers mainly and eventually a crew member got there. More loud disco on the way back (with stronger drinks at least) and the drunk single older ladies looking to get lucky with the crew were allowed to pilot the boat. Didn't really bother me but not exactly safe. Some other drunk lady hurled all over the boat a couple of times. A few others were passed out on the seats. Alright for the price and what it was, but this ain't no romantic sunset cruise or one for the family, chill people, or nature lovers. If you're at an age or of a personality where cheesy clubs are still appealing, you'll probably have a great time. If you're over that stuff, seek a different activity.

Good trip with a scary ending - We took the sunset tour as a family group with 4 couples. The boat is beautiful and well equipped. The drinks were good for being made on a boat with limited supplies and the team did a good job with keeping up with requests. We stopped at a cove for some swimming. It was a beautiful area with good snorkeling and they had some SUP as well as noodles and snorkeling supplies. We had a great time jumping off the boat as well. Then we had a meal that was both plentiful and delicious. Then isn’t was time to head back. On our way back to shore, the skies began to turn dark in the distance. You could feel the temp and the winds start to change. A storm was coming. This seemed to be evident to everyone except our captain. He continued to slowly motor to the shore. Then another catamaran went by - motor in high gear. That captain whistled to our boat and gave a hand signal wave to say - go faster. Our captain continued to slowly motor and joke with his deckhands while taking selfies. As we approached our anchor point, the storm arrived and was very intense. Severe lightning and driving rain. We waited there until the rain lightened up enough to be able to see then had to board the smaller boats to be taken to shore while still having intense lightning and light rain. It was incredibly scary and we were intensely grateful to make it back on land. I don’t know if Captain Justin is just immature or inexperienced but his lack of action to get us safely back to shore definitely soured the experience of the tour. I recommend when you are not in rainy season or rain in the forecast but I would think twice if there is a chance you could get caught in a storm as we did.
