We meet at the back of the cafe Pico Bistro in Tamarindo, next to the lifeguard tower. If you for whatever reason have trouble finding us, you can ask for La Muda Surf, Carlos Brown, Isabella Carrera and Jeison Brown.

I did it!!! - Carlo Brian and Caleb were super patient and encouraging. I am terrified of water and Brian made me super comfortable and I felt safe enough to try my best. I stood several times and rode the wave to the shore 4 times! I'll definitely try it again and cannot wait to bring my friends.

Super surf lesson - There were two of me and my colleague with an instructor. That was our first time surfing. Thanks to the good instructions we were able to get up the first time. We both loved the lessons and would recommend it to anyone!

Amazing Surfing Experience!! - What an amazing experience!! We had an absolute blast learning to surf with @lamudasurf. Everyone was super friendly, relaxed, fun and awesome instructors! My daughter and I had never surfed before and we were nervous but our instructor, Ryan was incredible. So helpful and patient and we never fell!! My partner grew up surfing and she got to rent a board for the time we were out on the waves! Highly recommend La Muda Surf and we will definitely be back one day soon!! Thank you!🙏 Pura Vida!!

La Muda Surf School for the win!! - We went to La Muda Surf School today with our families and had the BEST time! Our instructors were so thorough with their instructions and safety, and we all surfed within minutes of getting into the water! It was so much fun and we highly recommend this group. We are all beginners of all ages and we would do this again. Book this excursion- you won’t regret it! Pura Vida!

Fun, amazing communication and kind! Our girls gave them a 5 ⭐️ - We took our girls, 12, 10 and 10 out for a first time surf lesson and the experience was incredible!!! Brian and Jeison took the girls out and were encouraging and gave great corrections. Carlos took photos for us and Isabella had amazing communication from the time we booked to our lesson. We would definitely book again!

Best Surf School for Families! - This was an absolutely fantastic group of trainers to work with! They were so patient, kind and funny and they worked so well with my kids to help them get up on their first try!! Amazing guys and I 100% recommend this company to ANYONE visiting Tamarindo Beach and wanting to learn how to surf.

Pura Vida surfing - Everyone was so accommodating and kind, we were running an hour behind because of an issue with a rental and they waited for us to arrive before starting the lesson and still gave us the full time. My wife stood up on her first wave after never surfing before, I have surfed before and I was still able to learn how to improve my surfing

Unforgettable experience! - Fantastic experience!
Highly skilled instructors!
Surfing initiation with the family, where everyone (= both the kids and the oldies) was effectively allowed to experience the thrill of surfing and have effectively been able to stand up on a board for some moments.
Promises in slogan are thus kept by teachers.
