Best Surf Lesson & Teachers in Tama. - This is our second year joining Leandro, Juan, Kitty & Sebas at Club 33 for surfing lessons. (We also had a couple friends and relatives to join us for the week of lessons.). Just as it was last year, our collective experience was phenomenal. This isnt a “surf instructor” who just pushes you into waves and yells “get up!”, like so many others in Tamarindo. Leandro and the team walk through the theory, science, body movement that make surfing what it is before going into the water so your understanding, confidence and comfort level are where you want them to be before getting wet. It’s a subtle difference, but an important one. My 9 year old daughter, myself and my wife (both in mid-40s) were excited to go every day because each day built upon the last—in terms of lessons and skill development. On top of this, the team is so nice and so welcoming—it really is the best place to learn how to surf or develop your pre-existing skills/knowledge.

Great surf lessons from Jason - I had a great experience at Club 33 with surf lessons from Jason! We showed up very last minute on a day trip to Tamarindo, and Sebastian was able to find us a surf instructor for 1 hour later and we enjoyed 2 hours of surfing. Jason was our surf instructor and he was the BEST! Jason is a great teacher who is an expert surfer and patient and encouraging while teaching us beginners.
It was $45 per person for small group surf lessons and rentals for 1.5 hours. Make sure you bring cash!
I would definitely recommend Club 33 for surfing in Tamarindo. Thanks Jason and Sebastian!

Def recommend! - Leandro was a great surf instructor and we caught many waves! He was in depth about the technique and instructions before we went in the water. Had a great time, Pura Vida!

A surf school to remember - By far the best surf school I’ve been in Tamarindo, if not in life in general! Everyone is incredibly friendly, talented and passionate for surfing and the beauty and simplicity of a happy life (la pura vida) ! The teacher we had, Leandro, was incredibly organised with power points and techniques to really help us learn the sport in depth and also transmitted such a wholesome energy and excitement for surfing that could make anyone love the sport by the end of their tamarindo visit! If you are someone that is in Tamarindo to learn the sport, catch some amazing waves and meet cool people in the process, this is the right place for you.

Surf - The most professional surf lessons ever. Theoretical education in the beginning (like a perentation on a university), a pop-up technique with a new mood for me, and a very stable standing position on the board.

Best surf experiences in Tamarindo - We book lessons for a bigger group, mixed of beginners and intermediates. Leandro started his surf lessons with a perfectly structured theoretical education. He illustrated the process of surfing in an exciting way, teaching exactly the most important movements. He was very attentive to everyone in the water and gave the whole team a great experience and a lot of fun. We improved a lot and had a great time together. If Tamarindo and surf, definitely go to Surf Every Day Academy.

Spectacular experience!! - Spectacular experience!! Although we had already surfed before, they taught us a new technique and being able to surf at sunset, with the sun setting over the sea, was a unique experience.

Amazing surf lessons with theoretical background - I had two surf and one surfskate lessons with Leandro and it was absolutely amazing. For the first time, I was given the theoretical background I was missing, with lots of science-based explanations. I loved his approach and motivation! Definitely recommended! Thanks for all!
