5/5 Stars: Amazing Sunset Catamaran Tour! - This sunset catamaran tour was absolutely amazing! The crew was professional, friendly, and made the experience unforgettable. The views of the sunset over the water were breathtaking, and the atmosphere on board was so relaxing. We also loved the music, drinks, and snacks provided – everything was perfect. It’s one of the best experiences we’ve had, and we’re already looking forward to doing it again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and magical evening!

best trip ever!! - caballo del mar was such an amazing experience with great staff and amazing food! my friends and i went twice on our 2 week trip and i couldn’t recommend it more to others! you can relax and drink then paddle board and snorkel when you stop. next you get the most amazing food ever! 10/10 would go again.

BEST BOAT CHARTER EVER. - THE BEST! The perfect balance between calm boat tour and upbeat party vibes with friends! Never felt too crowded and everyone was so kind. Made connections with people I still talk to this day and had delicious cocktails throughout. Kelly and Angie are the sweetest humans ever and made the whole experience that much better. Oh and they have the best food. Angie can cook up a storm. We will be coming back very soon to have the captain special!

Insane activity - We really enjoyed the catamaran tour. The staff was super nice and we had a lot of fun with the other people there too. Nice activities and a memorable expérience! I recomend 100%

Fun in the sun - We had an amazing time. We were a family of 4 adults ( 1 being a senior ) and 2 kids under the age of 10. Getting on the smaller boat that brings you out to the larger boat was tricky but the crew were extremely helpful and patient. Once on the boat it was fun from beginning to end. The music was great, drinks flowing and the snacks/ food were just right.

The best time on the water - Today we went on a Catamaran Tour with Caballo Del Mar and it was awesome. We've been a smaller Group, but it was way better to enjoy. Food was absolutely fantastic. Simple, but very tasty and delicous. We had Music, dancing, swimming, laughing, just enjoying the wonderful time. We would do it any time again. What a great Experience. Fantastic Prople, they just want to make you happy, great feel. You have to go, try and experience a new relaxing. Just amazing !

Unforgettable Family Adventure with Exceptional Service! - Our family of five had the most incredible experience with Caballo Del Mar Adventure Charters on their catamaran tour from Tamarindo Beach! From start to finish, this was an unforgettable adventure that exceeded all our expectations. The tour took us to a private beach where we enjoyed paddleboarding and exploring. Our kids were thrilled to find hermit crabs, which added a fun and unique touch to the experience. The highlight of the ride out was spotting a pod of whales—an absolutely magical moment for all of us! The crew was fantastic, and a special shoutout to Aaron, who was working his first day on the catamaran. You’d never know it! He was knowledgeable, personable, and fluent in English, sharing fascinating insights about the birds and wildlife we encountered. After swimming back to the catamaran, we were treated to the most amazing lunch. The homemade spread of BBQ chicken, rice, corn, pasta salad, and herb potatoes was absolutely delicious. Even our picky 6-year-old couldn’t get enough—she asked for three helpings of the chicken! Watching our kids enjoy their meal without a single complaint was a rare and delightful moment. On the way back, we were treated to the most breathtaking sunset, with the crew serving drinks and sodas for the perfect finish to a perfect day. The level of care and service was unmatched. To top it all off, we accidentally left three ball caps on the boat. When we contacted the owner, he personally delivered them back to us—talk about exceptional service! If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly, and unforgettable experience, Caballo Del Mar Adventure Charters is the way to go. Amazing crew, fantastic food, and an adventure to remember. Not a good sunset tour - Caballa Del Mar is a small older boat without the seating options and ease of moving around of other catamarans that do these tours. Our group of 8 had to ask repeatedly for them to play music, which is standard on these tours. The food was not very good. They passed around a bowl of chips with dip as the boat sailed out - literally one pass, so one chip per person. Lunch was good chicken and 4 carbs, rice, potatoes, corn and pasta salad. All of thst would have been passable if they hadn't anchored so far off shore that it was too difficult to snorkel to the reef. We were twice as far away as other catsmaran tours of larger size. This was a dissapointing tour and boat.
