Great experience for our family - Knowledgeable, professional and friendly tour guide, small group, my 9 yr old really enjoyed all activities. Elephants were treated well and baby one was super cute and energetic, non of them didn’t get forced to do anything to entertain the tourists. Napalai

10/10 - Well worth to do if ever in Chiang Mai, our guide Ford was very kind, spoke good English and was very informative about the elephants. A lovely setting just outside Chiang Mai, it’s clear the Elephants are well looked after and happy. The lunch was great we had Pad Thai and fresh fruit with soft drinks available. Overall a great day, especially seeing the 6 month old baby Elephant ‘Lucky’.

Best day ever! - Thank you so much for a magical experience - our best day ever!. Our guide was very knowledgeable and obviously had a passion for elephants and their welfare. The half day was well planned. The surroundings were so peaceful. We were fortunate that the elephants chose to go in the water so we were able to join them. The baby male (5 months) was so cute and mischievous. Just kept sliding down the river bank, clambering out and sliding in again! So glad we booked this experience.

100% recommend - Everything excellent, from picking us up at the hotel and all the time to explain about Thailand. The animals are well cared for, good lunch, have drinks for sale, call for a shower. But the cherry of the cake, was the three-month elephant baby, the most beautiful thing. 100% recommended.🙂

Simple, Natural ,Lovely environment.Caring guide - I have been to 5 different sanctuaries over the last few years. This one is the simplest, natural ,and prettiest sanctuary. The guide has a definite commitment to the welfare of the animals, and that I admire .It was the first time I had seen a baby elephant and that was a huge bonus if you want a simple lovely environment this is the one.

A great experience!!! - This is highly recommended for anyone who is in Chiang Mai and wants to see elephants! We were picked up by Todd, this was our tour guide and stayed with us all day. On the way to the elephants he told us all about Chiang Mai. Once they arrived at the elephants, they could be seen living in a large area of jungle. They take great care of the elephants here and give one-on-one guidance to the elephants. We got the chance to feed the elephants and then wash them, they were hungry so this worked! At this elephant enclosure the elephant is treated very well and we are glad that we have chosen this one, it is really seen that these people have a lot of love for the elephants with how they treat the elephants and how they care for the elephants. Todd also told us a lot about what they do. After the elephants we went with Todd to the Sticky Waterfalls, where we were allowed to walk around for a while and walk up. After the nice day we were nicely cancelled at our hotel. We look back on a successful day, we would definitely do it again!
