Loved it - but take cash and check your booking for more than 1 jet ski. - We had a great time! We chose the 5-8 island package and the trip was worth the money. The tour lasted a lot longer than we expected and included stops at monkey island and a remote sand bank. We also stopped at an island which had a beach bar/restaurant set up which was cool except we had to cash to buy anything.
WARNING!
One reservation = one jet ski. We thought that we had reserved 2 jet ski’s as I added a second adult to my booking, this wasn’t the case. In actual fact, we had to create a completely separate reservation to have a second jet ski. We learnt this on arrival and it was too late to organise online and we had no cash. That said, we were happy to share, and my partner was the better driver so we got some speed.
TAKE CASH
The meeting point is very remote and don’t take card, so take some cash in case you want any snacks or drinks either at the meeting point or at the stalls on the islands you visit.
Otherwise, 100% recommend.

A must do... - Best 5 hours ever...i would recommend this island hop on the jetski, even got to see the sunset on the last island. totaly magical

Fast, fun JetSki half day - Great half day trip. Fast and fun time in the jet ski. The two young men who ran it were lovely , kind and helpful.
The third beach stop was beautiful. Clear water and relaxing. Great to see monkeys at one of the islands too.
Cons- the toilets at the beginning/end place were blocked and full.
The first stop was 30 mins on a small rocky strip of beach- unsure why we stopped there so long.

Very bumpy and long ride - Hotel pickup was perfect, the guides took many pictures and posted them on whatsapp which was great. But the tour was very long and it hurts to sit on the jetski, it was a very bumpy and scary ride, it was just not for us. The islands we visited were unintresting and no monkeys on monkey island, which of course is nobodys fault.

Good fun but buyer beware - When booking this tour they give you a huge list of hotels they will pick up from, which is fine, but be aware if your hotel isn’t listed then the chances are they won’t pick you up.
I confirmed this tour at 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon and had until 12pm the next day to cancel for a refund. My thought was I would be told where I could meet the transport or where the jet ski pier would be OR I could cancel for a refund. However, I didn’t receive any confirmation until 2pm the following day (which was then within 24 hours of the tour and not cancellable) and the pier was a good 50-60 mins (on the north east tip of Phuket) from where I was staying in near Kamala Beach.
The tour itself was well organised and you got bang for buck using the jet skis for 4 hours but it wasn’t a hugely enjoyable island hopping experience. There wasn’t any sights to see when you stopped, apart from one place to have a beer and some food if you wanted it.
Strangely they offered me a free lift back on their ‘shuttle bus’ but mostly because it was quite remote and the Grab App wouldn’t connect.
All in all 3/5 stars

Be prepared for storms - My family had a great time before the storm hit scared my grandkids...I feel had the guides return sooner..they would not have had to jetski in a storm...my granddaughter was so scared they could not see in front because of the driving rain plus strong winds and thunderstorms....not the best experience

Read this before booking - Read this before booking.
When booking for 7am, it won't actually start until 9 am, and they do send you a msg letting you know in small prints with meeting location. The tour guides are not that nice and very bossy for 2 really young guys. They took nice ish photos of everyone and sent them to you on whatsapp. I think you better ask them to take photos with your phone. One of the jetskies broke down mid ride, and they sent a new one out on the next island. I do think the jetskies were new ish, and that incident was one-off. I wish I had a photo of the launch. It was laughably one small piece of chicken and some rice and 2 slices of cucumber.
Also, it's true they won't have water on board of the jetski, so take water with you. You can buy water at the islands, but it's not cheap. On the plus side, Rocky was very nice, but he was not our tour guide.
There are other jetski tours in phuket, but you have to google them.

Not great! - This tour fell short of our expectations.
The jet ski location is more than an hour away from Patong Beach. We were on a four-hour tour that started at 12 PM, with a pickup at 11:30 AM, but we didn't arrive until 1 PM and returned at 6 PM but not back to our hotel till 8pm.
The communication during the booking process was frustrating and not accurate.
Moreover, there was no lunch provided on the island, even though the ticket stated it was included.
The places we visited were quite average.
If you’re looking for a long jet ski ride, this tour might suit you. However, if you're seeking stunning sights, I would recommend exploring other options.
Also, the bathroom facilities left much to be desired.
On a positive note, the jet skis were excellent, and the team was fantastic.

Terrible Experience/Stay Away - Terrible experience. First off "OH-Hoo" is NOT the operator. The operator is a local company with a different name and OH-Hoo is seemingly a Thai booking agency that markets on TripAdvisor. When I had issues with getting picked up late etc Oh-hoo had no clue what was going on with the actual operator. The trip is marketed incorrectly on here in regards to time. I was picked up at 1143am and dropped back off at 8pm so far cry from the 4.5 hrs advertised. Most of this time is sitting in traffic or sitting waiting for the company to get things moving along. A young boy one of the guides blows his whistle at you all day. But all of this pales in comparison to when the seas got too rough to feel safe any longer and I asked to come in even without a refund the guides got the woman who runs the place on the phone because she spoke fluent english. As we are being sloshed around she immediately is concerned I will ask for a refund and I said no I just want to come in, it doesnt feel safe. She proceeds to keep trying to ask me verification questions and logistic questions. I said lets deal with that when I am back and not half way across the bay. I got short with her because she was clearly more concerned about money than safety. She told me if I wanted to come back in I could swim and she said it more than once. I was then forced to continue to jetski for approx 2 more hours in rough seas after requesting multiple times to come in as I didnt know the way back. Highly recommend finding a resort that rents them out over this.
