The place lost its magic. - The place lost its magic. The lack of customer service is very noticeable, it feels and looks old or outdated. It started to rain only like for 15 minutes and the park stop working completely for more than 2 hours it got to a point that all the people in the party decided to leave at 5pm cause we only could do 3 rides and nobody knew if the rides where coming back up and we went to the park to get as many rides as possible cause the rides where fun. We asked for a park pass or a credit to come another day and they said that there was nothing they could do.

Arrogant employee Michael - On July 18, 2024, I went with my family and my children on vacation from Puerto Rico to Bush Gardens park in Tampa. When we went to the Iron Gwazi roller coaster attraction, the attraction had not yet opened to the public. We were the first in line for the attraction. We were waiting in line for 40 minutes while they opened it. After waiting in line for almost an hour, they opened the attraction, we told and showed the employee Michael the ticket booth that had the “Quick Queue Unlimited”. He told us to get out of the regular line and wait while he let the people in the regular line pass. Once he finishes letting all the people in the regular line through, he tells us to show him the “Quick Queue Unlimited” ticket office again. Employee Michael tells us that our “Quick Queue Unlimited” ticket office does not include the Iron Gwazi attraction and that we must start standing in the regular line again to be able to enter the attraction. We told him that when we showed him our locker the first time, because he had not told us by then we were staying in the first turn we had in the regular line. To which he told us: “I'm sorry, you have to go back to the regular line again, after he himself (Michael) told us to get out of line, thus losing the turn we had (in which we had been almost 1 hour). waiting) to tell us with great arrogance that he can't do anything and if we wanted to enter we had to start standing in line again. This employee has no courtesy whatsoever and was very arrogant towards us. I hope the park administration guides its employees to be friendly and have better service to their customers. Thank you

A real disappointment - We were really excited to come back to this park as it was always one of our favourites, but sadly this visit was really disappointing and totally different from the way the park used to be. Staff were sullen, monosyllabic and unhelpful and on occasion really rude. Rides were really badly managed and slow loading, a few were shut down completely and it was looking a bit run down and tired in areas. Such a shame. We won't be back anytime soon.

Awful even worse after being to disney and universal - We visited Busch Gardens after a perfect time in orlando visiting universal and disney. Although we expected Busch Gardens not to be as spectacular we didnt expect rude staff, broken rides and mis selling of deals. Firstly we arrived early and paid for an all day dine. This was $59.99 for adults, we spent almost $300 for 5 people for the deal. However it was not “all day” as we areived at 10am (when the park opens) but the food wasnt availble until 11. We went to a restaurant and it didnt even open at 11. At 11:15 we asled a park member how long it would he as we had paid for the deal? His rude response was “we’ll be open when were open” i was disgusted by this repsosne. Then the signature ride Iron Gwazi in lots of the adverts was closed, we were told it was a temporary fault but it was off all day. Throughout the day we found food and drinks had run out and just all round rudeness from staff. One member of staff said “Dont ask me im just doing summer work” The only positive is there were no queues because there wasnt many people there, probably because of the poor experience people have had. I visited 15 years ago and it was brilliant. Wont go back now but expect it wont be round much longer.

Avoid and save your wallet - Many rides were closed, park is old and run down. I paid for vip parking and it was over sold so had to park in the very back of general and no refund. Food over priced. A hot dog is $9.99 if that gives you an idea. Train was broken so didn’t get to see 3/4 of the park. It stormed for over an hour so the whole park shut down. Rides that were open were at least 45 minute wait. I paid over $400.00 for 3 tickets and we rode one ride and saw one show and ate crappy food with long wait lines to Oder and just as long to receive because I bought the bracelet

Poundland Disney - My visit to Busch Gardens was the worst theme park experience of my life. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed disinterested, inefficient, and unprofessional. The food was grossly overpriced and lacked quality. The park's app was completely unreliable, providing false queue times that led to frustration and disappointment. The queues themselves were unbearably long, and to make matters worse, many attractions were closed due to technical problems. The new Phoenix Rising attraction broke down after an hour in line. Fast pass prices increase as you try to book them. In the entire 8 hours we spent there, we were only able to get on one ride. Adding to the dismay, the park was dirty and poorly maintained, making the overall experience unpleasant. I cannot recommend Busch Gardens to anyone seeking a fun and enjoyable theme park visit. The overall experience is one of a tired, badly and incompetently run faded park where the goal is to rip off and frustrate the customer, no one cares, staff rarely even make eye contact and it’s virtually impossible to get on rides.

Bad experience! Do not recommend ! - Terrible experience , iron qwasi first ride we came to did not open on time both days that we came , waited for around 20 minutes from stated opening time , after this every ride we went to had major delays or closed whilst we were waiting in a queue to get on it , was here from 10am till 1.30 and only been able to do 2 rides ! Due to rides having technical issues , this park is terrible . Staff are also all very unhelpful and miserable . Very disappointed and will not be coming back and would not recommend .

Rude staff - This place has gone downhill. I renewed my passes after 2 years of not going and regret it… You would think that the staff is trained with basic customer service but my experience was the complete opposite. The man (male in his 60’s) on the big bird ride (Sesame Street) was extremely rude to the kids and some adults that were simply waiting to get on the ride. This is a ride for toddlers and little kids, how can you hire someone like that? Then, we went to buy a funnel cake and refill our drinks and the female (in her 20’s) had an attitude and was extremely rude because according to her “she had to asked twice for the type of drink we wanted”. LOL! On top of that the price of food was extremely high (more expensive than Disney).

bad experience - I'm a passholder but it's not looking up to expectations, for Example the skyride is $5 for guest ,when it used to be free for everyone and allowed round trips. The Pheonix rising time for the fanny pack r bad, the times should be in the morning and not the evening.
