Fun Birthday - A fun and informative experience! Very patient with teaching how to ride the Segway (very simple) and we went farther than anticipated. I would recommend this for sure! Thanks, Jeff!

You won't regret it - There's no better way to get an up-close look at all of the options for a visitor to Tampa. Emily is a five-star guide. The tour covers a LOT of ground and includes a couple of rest stops as well as photo opps. (Emily took pictures of us on our tour using our cameras). One suggestion is that the company invest in the wifi listening devices that some other segway tours offer. But without a doubt if you book this experience you will be glad that you did.

Great first time experience on a Segway & a great way to tour the area - A great experience for myself and our 12yr old. He loved it!! Nice tour of the riverwalk area. It was just the 2 of us with Emily; she was delightful! We learned all kinds of information about the area. We had a great time and it only took a few minutes to feel comfortable with the Segway. A nice way to tour the city. Enjoy!

Great job training and leading family of 14! - We reserved a family tour with 14 people on a Tuesday evening. Erik and Derek trained our family, ranging from ages 11-80, and then guided us safely on tour of the Tampa waterfront. We loved hearing about the COVID experience of U of Tampa residents. Both men made sure we were safe as we stopped at several picture points. we navigated a group of speed skaters coming and going, but Erik and Derek made sure we were out of their way and safe. Learned many cool things about the U of Tampa (thank you, Derek). Safe and interesting tour.

Great way to see Tampa Riverwalk - We took a tour on Wednesday morning and had a wonderful time with our guide Derek. We ended up being the only group. This is a great way to see and overview the Tampa Riverwalk all the way from Amalie Arena down to Armiture Works where we had a break to walk around for about 15-20 min then get back on the segways to ride back. The early day tours are nice because there are not so many people walking on the Riverwalk. We then went to a place nearby for lunch and rode the trolley over to Ybor to spend the rest of the day over there. It was a very fun family outing!

Great time - We had a great time. The guide was very knowledgeable and made it fun. It was a hot day. We made a stop to get a drink and rest our legs. Would highly recommend

Great job. - Had a great time and saw a lot of downtown that I plan on coming back to tour. The tour guide was outstanding young man.

Horrible experience - Nothing we didn’t get to go due to weather and now they will not refund my money for something we could not control. Don’t do it!

Tough luck - We reached out to find the exact meeting location as we are not from Tampa. We got no response. We arrived to traffic jammed in the area, we finally found a parking place and walked up at 140pm (appointment time was 130) As we are walking up the group is rolling out. We call the phone number because they never responded to text. When someone finally called back they said they were booked for the rest of the day and would let us know if someone canceled(never happened) we asked about a refund they said they don't give refunds. I asked why are you keeping payment for something they haven't provided. They said that's what they do. I also contacted Viator and the first and only thing they said was..... Nothing they can do if you cancel or show up late. Thanks Viator!!¡!!
