History, shopping, and camels - oh my! - Great experience in Morocco! Ali contacted us via WhatsApp in advance to make sure our trip would go perfectly. He was prompt and our group of 7 started our tour right on time! We learned so much as Ali was very knowledgeable! He was also extremely courteous and made sure to take group pics for us in all the perfect spots. Everyone seemed to know him in Tangiers, and he picked the perfect restaurant for our authentic Moroccan lunch! We didn’t get to the market, but how much can you cram into four hours? We all felt very fortunate to have Ali share his beautiful country with us. I would definitely recommend this tour and ask for Ali specifically again! It was a long day for us as we drive 3 hours to and from the port in southern Spain. After our brief visit, I want to return to Morocco and spend a couple of days there next time/someday. Thank you to Ali and Viator. I feel like I always get what I have come to expect from their tours and am comfortable recommending them for their tours all over the world!

A Great Experience - This trip exceeded my expectations. Ali was so nice to work with and his brother, Kareem, was a fabulous tour guide. He shared the interesting history of their culture, was funny and has excellent English language skills. Kudos to his driver too. Tangier is beautiful. The walking tour of the Medina and camel ride on the beach were amazing. I highly recommend this tour and who knows, I may come back. Thank you Ali and Kareem.

Amazing day in Tangier - This was a great experience and I would highly recommend. This way our first trip to Africa so I was a little concerned about our safety. My concerns were quickly alleviated. We were picked up directly at the port in a Mercedes Benz van. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We felt completely safe the entire time. I was amazed at how beautiful Tangier was. I would definitely recommend and look forward to going back to Morocco again.

Amazing!! - An awesome way to experience a taste of Tangier. I think this information may be helpful for families considering the experience. Bottomline- all of the details are thought out, you can just sit back and experience Tangier. The day before we received a text confirming the trip. Abdul met us at outside of the ferry terminal, holding a sign with our name on it. From there it was short walk to a van and our driver. I forget his name, but he was very nice, the van was clean, and they had bottled water. From there, we were shown some neighborhoods in Tangier before heading to the Hercules Caves, a camel ride, and a delicious restaurant. My daughter really enjoyed the crepe and loved Abdul showing her how to pour Moroccan tea, which is delicious. After that, we left the van behind for a city tour with Abdul. He took us to a couple of shops, where were shown teas, spices, and rugs. There was more of an emphasis on buying tourist souvenirs than we would have hoped; we definitely were hoping for more time spent in museums or the like, rather than being in shops. Abdul seems to know everyone in Tangier, and we really enjoyed being able to see the meat and seafood markets, as well as try some of the street food. We highly recommend this tour, and it was a comfortable way to see Tangier. We definitely had a more enjoyable day in Tangier by being on the tour, rather than trying to navigate by ourselves. Just be prepared to say no if you don't want to buy lots of souvenirs!

Well worth it - Our tour with Achraf was simply wonderful. He is very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. We are thankful we had the opportunity to tour the city with him. We first started by learning the history of different sections of the city (fascinating!) and then visited a few beautiful hilltop communities, including a gorgeous local park that overlooks the ocean. We then went to the Atlantic side of Tangier which was stunningly beautiful with the aqua blue ocean. We attempted to ride camels on the beach but it was a bit too windy so we opted out of it. Lastly, we walked through the Medina, visiting many local shops and vendors. Overall, we were very pleased with the tour. The only thing I didn’t like was the first part of the tour includes a lot of driving, stopping, and going along busy streets and windy roads. I got a bit motion sick. Our guide was very kind and did everything he could to accommodate me, even changing the schedule to make me feel better and he bought me some mint tea which helped.

Excellent tour of Morocco - Abdul gave an amazing tour. He was very flexible with the start time and was waiting for us at the ferry port when we arrived. We had our own private driver who dropped us off at various points of interest, which was very convenient and a time saver. The camel ride was very fun and the cave was interesting. He took us to an authentic Moroccan restaurant with reasonable prices. Abdul was very friendly and made sure our experience was good. I highly recommend this tour.

Tangiers City Tours - Fantastic tour. Both the driver and Abdul where very kind and friendly! It really was the best way to see the sites and visits all the best places in Tangiers. We had the most amazing afternoon and would highly recommend Abdul and his team. I am travelling as a single mum with four kids and they just took all my worries away about wondering about in a new city !! We got to the heart and soul of Tangiers and would not have been able to cover all the places on our own !! Magically trip and one we will remember forever. Thank you for being so professional!!

Good tour but….. - It was a good experience. Great way to see many things and just enough time at each place. Flexible with schedules and order of what we saw. What wasn’t great was the 40 minutes we spent with a rug presentation and being hassled to buy a rug. It was presented as seeing the market but it was clearly an effort to sell a rug and left us with limited time to do and see other things as well as making us feel uncomfortable. This also led us to getting back 2 hours past the scheduled time.
