A great experience! - Extremely knowledgeable tour guide, he knew all the best places! He was attentive to our needs and was willing to change the program based on what we wanted to see.

Excellent tour of Tangier - Purchased a private group consisting of 4 with one disabled. We received excellent service: prompt pick-up, driver and guide, clean and comfortable vehicle. The guide, Abdelmoghit, was excellent. He took the group to many worthwhile sites and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. If you are considering a tour of Tangier, then this very competent and honest outfit is well worth your consideration.

Awesome tour in Tangier! - Abdhel was an excellent tour guide, he was super nice and knowledgeable. We saw great sights and had delicious food while learning about Tangier. It was a mix of sightseeing in the car and walking through the highlights. Throughout the whole tour Abdhel would explain what we were seeing and had the answer to every question we had. He knows a lot of people in Tangier and will adjust the tour to your liking. He also speaks many languages including English, Spanish, French, and of course Arabic, very impressive tour overall.

Rock the Kasbah - Our tour with Abdel was absolutely fantastic. He took us on a seamless driving tour through both the old and new parts of Tangier, sharing fascinating insights and history along the way. Abdel was incredibly knowledgeable and made everything feel effortless as he navigated the city with ease. One of the highlights was riding camels along the beach—a truly unforgettable experience. We also loved exploring the kasbah and shopping in the bustling markets. Abdel’s warmth and expertise made the entire day feel special and personalized.

Perfect Shore Excursion - We completely enjoyed our tour from picking us up only a few steps away from our cruise ship till dropping us off after a good 6 hours. Abdelmoghit tailored the tour completely to our needs and included plenty of photo stops. He is a very well-read guide who explains everything perfectly. Tangier Day Trip - Amazing experience for my entire family. I can't thank Abdelmoghit enough for his time and knowledge. From meeting us at the ferry to making sure there was a ferry home due to weather, to picking a wonderful restaurant for lunch when many were closed to observe Ramadan. I would highly recommend spending your day with Moghit.

He made us feel like family! - Abdelmoghit was amazing!!! My husband and I took the 5 hour tour with our children (ages 11, 8, and 3), and it was perfect! Everyone he introduced us to was so kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and teach us about this beautiful city. We were worried about bringing our stroller for all the stairs and narrow streets, but he assured us it wouldn't be a problem, and every single place we went with stairs, whether it was 3 or 30, he had friends ready to carry my toddler in her chair while she giggled with delight! He was also amazing at keeping us away from any overly aggressive salespeople, and took us to see truly unique and handcrafted pieces. We will be recommending him to all our family and friends!

Excellent day trip - My husband and I took a day trip from Tarifa, Spain to Morocco via FRS ferry. I found Moghit via Tours By Locals and picked him due to good reviews and ability to customize our day as we usually like to immerse ourselves in culture when traveling and avoid "touristy" things. He listened to what we were looking for and we spent almost 7 hours with him and his driver (who was also excellent.) We enjoyed walking through a local park, eating delicious local foods, walking through the old and new city, and discussing our cultures, customs, and lifestyles. Everyone we met was kind and welcoming and Moghit seemed to know everyone, which makes sense because this is where he grew up. We did feel the shopping was catered to tourists, either in the beautiful shop we went to that had tapestries, tea sets, jewelry, and the other shopping areas--seemed like they all had the same thing. Highly recommend touring with him versus a large group tour so you get a more authentic sense of the city. We cannot wait to come back with our children and explore more of Morocco.
