Best Tour I have Ever Been On! - I have taken tours in many different countries and today my wife and I just went on the best tour we have been on with Simon and Rafik in Tangier. Simon was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Morocco and Tangier and was able to answer all of our questions and provide us with the type of information that allows you to truly enjoy visiting a new country. He grew up in the Kasbah and it was obvious as he seemed to know every person we passed. He steered us away from tourist traps and took us straight to the highest quality markets. The day was perfectly planned and Simon was so friendly. At the end of the day he took us to a restaurant for lunch and we let him order for us, this was a great move! Even when the tour was done he gave us his contact information so we could get recommendations for our next stops on our Morocco trip. Words cannot describe what a great experience it was!

The best tour and tour guide I have ever had - This tour of Tangier absolutely surpassed my expectations. Redouan picked me up right at the door of my hostel and was incredibly friendly and personable. He took me all over the surrounding area of Tangier and the city itself and was happy to answer any questions or simply teach me about the rich history of his hometown and the lives of the people there. We enjoyed a breakfast together and stopped for tea on a few occasions to watch our surroundings and to talk about anything from politics to geography to religion. Redouan took me to all the lesser-known nooks and crannies of the Old Medina and introduced me to his lifelong acquaintances. I truly felt as though he treated me as more of a friend than a client. This tour single-handedly made my weekend in Tangier worth it and I cannot recommend Redouan more. Thank you for an amazing cultural experience!

Our tour guide was amazing. Was one... - <p>Our tour guide was amazing. Was one of the best tours I have ever taken. The guide actually spent about 8 hours with us even though the tour was only for four hours. He took us to a few stores but didn't make us feel obligated to buy. He was very knowledgeable about the city. Absolutely AMAZING!</p>

Our guide was great - personable, good English, knowledgable, provided just the right amount of commentary, patient with our questions, did not rush us, and he adjusted the itinerary to accommodate what we had already seen and what we were interested in seeing. Would recommend this tour, though so much is dependant on the guide, and its just the luck of the draw who you get. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name but have included a photo with him and a bird on his head at the Tangier Synagogue.</p>

Excellent walking tour for the first... - <p>Excellent walking tour for the first three hours through the medina followed by an excellent two hour tour of the city of Tanger. Our guide was so professional, very knowledgeable, and excited about his city. He would have even continued more, except we got tired after 5 hours! We highly recommend this tour!</p>

A good tour. We visited all the... - <p>A good tour. We visited all the areas promised with plenty of time for each. The guide was very good and spoke excellent English.</p> <p>The start was a little disorganized though and took an extra 45 minutes to get the tour members together because the bus that took us was not well marked the tour description said we would be taking a minivan so we were not looking for a large bus and many people passed it as we disembarked from the ship and walked well past it to the port entrance, having to ask around and walk back. The bus was marked with a white Easy Transfers sign in the window, but it was not clear from the voucher that we should look for a vehicle with that marking. The voucher did say the tour operator was Easy Transfers, but there should have been a clearer statement that we were to look for a vehicle with that name, not Viator. Plus, people near the buses erroneously directed us to walk to the port entrance.</p>

Guide - Guide was great, was supposed to be private, that’s what we paid for but others came too, didn’t sign up or pay for that

Lousy - The guide did not have too much knowledge and all he wanted is to bring us from store to store, and besides that we had paid for the entrance fees to to cave he wanted us to pay for it again...Do not recommended it to anybody.

Do not use Easy Transfers! - We had a wonderful tour with a guide we met on the dock AFTER our tour guide with EASY TRANSFERS did not show up. The coordinator called the number on the reservation for us and found out the guide was at home in bed! After demanding our money be returned with both Easy Transfers and Viator they eventually did refund us. Do not use Easy Transfers.
