Reliable company, excellent guides and service, punctual and very professional. - Our days in Foz were great! The MMC was a differential, the tours were great! Very professional and punctual. I would like to highlight Karla’s excellent service that attended me from the beginning, removed all doubts and helped me with the downtime. Also highlight the Guide Edson on the City tour Paraguay, it was wonderful!

A little taste of Argentina - Great night. Our guide William picked us up from the hotel and took us across the border. We visited a wine shop , the 3 borders view point and the town of Puerto Iguazu. He was very helpful and informative. We skipped the duty free shopping as we didn’t want to delay crossing the border and had also flown through 4 airports in the previous week so had already had ample opportunity for duty free shopping. The dinner was in an old Jesuit catholic mission that is now a hotel. The dining room looks out over the river and Paraguay. They have information about the mission and its work with the local indigenous peoples. The food was delicious and tango show brilliant. I would recommend this tour.

Not the tour we booked, no tango, no history, unsafe communication - There was no confirmation call the day before as usual, so I had to contact Viator and the vendor just to confirm the tour was happening — three hours before pickup. The driver who arrived spoke almost no English and told us he was “still learning.” He gave us no information or history about Argentina during the drive. Instead of the wine shop, we were taken to a duty-free store and a shopping bazaar, and it became clear the itinerary was built around other travelers’ shopping, not our tour. Dinner was at a restaurant that didn’t match the one pictured on Viator, and there was no tango performance at all — the staff barely spoke English, so we had to translate the menu ourselves. Worst of all, mid-dinner the driver told us he was leaving for two hours to pick up the shoppers, and would be back at 10pm, in a foreign country, with no plan for us. We had to insist he wait 15 minutes so we could finish. He then drove us around, stopped at one picture location to kill time before his next pickup. This felt disorganized at best and unsafe at worst. We paid for a specific experience and received none of it.
