The program was great, a beautiful experience but with a lot of disappointment at the same time. - We would have been delighted to put 5 stars so amazing the experience, we could see all the animals wanted, the tent accommodation was very good, the meals great. The value for money more than adequate. Unfortunately our experience was ruined by Nico guide, it is a bad choice of guide on the part of the agency. We faced a guide who gives no explanation, who changes program at the last minute and with very changing moods, moody and character and who shared nothing with us. Regarding the agency, we were guaranteed to take our return flight on time and in hours, but 3 days before the safari the agency told us that finally it was too early and so we had to buy 2 additional plane tickets. The agency apologized for the inconvenience but made no commercial gesture.
