Avoid Completely - Please avoid these people at all cost. Our guide and driver was excellent but we cannot say the same for company. They short changed us at every turn, to start with the vehicle was terrible, the seats were threadbare and uncomfortable, the AC did not work in the searing heat and it kept on breaking down. Worst of all is that we had been told that we would have our private 4x4 in excellent working condition. We paid for a luxury lodge and they put us up in a dilapidated lodgin in Mikumi that was dirty and well cleaned. The toilet and linen was dirty and it was really bad. When we tried calling the owner about it, he said that he could not change anything. It was so frustrating and I do not wish anyone have such a terrible experience. So its best to avoid the sweet talking people who do not care about the safety and well being of the clients.
