Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park - After breakfast, the tour sets off. The first stop is Arusha Town for any last-minute purchases before we embark on the safari. We then proceed to Tarangire National Park for a game drive with a picnic lunch in the park. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant population and baobab trees. It is the focal point of an annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3,000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest, and 30,000 zebras. Dinner and overnight stay at Manyara Serena Lodge.

Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara - After breakfast, the tour departs. The first stop is Arusha Town for any last-minute purchases before we head off on safari. We then proceed to Lake Manyara. Lake Manyara National Park offers stunning views and a wide variety of habitats, including acacia woodlands, water forests, baobab-strewn cliffs, algae-streaked hot springs, swamps, and the lake itself. This small park supports a large number of animal species and incredible birdlife. Manyara has the highest concentration of baboons in the world, and the lions here are also known for their tree-climbing behavior. Dinner and overnight stay at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.

Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha – Airport

Ngorongoro Crater - After an early breakfast, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to observe wildlife. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area hosts a vast variety of animals, including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another major attraction of this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos, and other water birds can usually be seen here. Late afternoon transfer to Arusha for dinner and overnight stay or airport drop-off. (Accommodation can be included upon request at an extra cost.)
