Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Tarangire National Park - Guests will be picked up from their hotel and driven to Tarangire National Park, a journey of approximately two hours. This park is renowned for its varied landscape, ancient Baobab trees, and the largest concentration of elephants in the country, offering unique opportunities to observe elephant family interactions. A game drive will be conducted, focusing on areas where animal sightings have been reported, particularly predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards, which are more elusive. Herbivores such as giraffes, wildebeests, and zebras are abundant throughout the park.
Later, visitors will enjoy lunch at the Tarangire River picnic site, taking in the stunning views of the river and wildlife. Although small monkeys and baboons may attempt to disrupt the meal, there is no cause for concern.
After lunch, the game drive will continue, with an exit from the park around 4:30 pm. The group will then proceed to Ngorongoro Marera Mountain Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Stop At: Ngorongoro Crater
An optional visit to a Maasai village offers a chance to explore the culture of the Maasai tribe, known for their historical practices of chasing lions from their kills and hunting lions to be considered warriors. While these traditions are largely in the past, except for drinking raw animal blood, visitors can still learn a great deal.
Duration: 20-45 minutes
Serengeti National Park
Arriving in the late afternoon, guests will embark on a game drive in Seronera, the heart of the Serengeti, continuing into the evening to witness the sunset and possibly observe a predator hunting or feeding.
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
Serengeti National Park - After an early breakfast, an early game drive will offer sightings of numerous animals until midday, when the group will return to camp for lunch and packing. The journey will then continue with a game drive as they exit the Serengeti, heading to a Tented Lodge near the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, a two-hour drive.
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Following an early breakfast, the descent into the crater begins, with the aim of spotting the elusive black rhino. While rhinos are challenging to find, most other animals are more easily visible in this stunning crater environment.
After lunch, a game drive will be conducted before ascending the crater to camp and preparing for the return trip to Arusha.
