12 day safari included Tangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Mt. Kilamanjaro, and Gombe National Parks -Tanzania - SafariSoles coordinated a 12 day experience of a lifetime for my grandson and I and the cost was affordable. There were activities for an octogenarian and for a young adult. We recommend them without any reservations whatsoever! The driver/guides were fantastic, especially Cheddy whose knowledge, spotting skills, and sense of humor were outstanding, including his command of the English language (he also speaks Russian and French). Our itinerary was superbly laid out to build to a climax with something special every day. The accommodations varied appropriately from superb tent to beautiful 4-star settings. We especially appreciated Cheddy including not only animals, but birds, trees, and plants in his discourse because of our particular interests. We saw thousands of wildebeasts and zebras migrating, more than 45 lions, hundreds of water buffalo, hippos, gazelles and all of their similar appearing "cousins", elephants, hyenas, warthogs, tik tiks, a mother leopard and her two cubs, cheetahs, and literally hundreds of different species of other wildlife and birds, geckos, and beetles, all "up close and personal". We visited Tanzania during the "wet off-season period" in January that few tourists choose and never regretted it. Safaris lasted from morning til evening every day except our air travel days. All of our meals and in country travel were included as well as a balloon and a night safari and visit to a Masai village. Every day contained a surprise discovery even more fantastic than the previous day, including watching the birth of a baby impala and all manner of animals breastfeeding their young (yes, even elephants!). To top it all, all meals were included and the food was never less than average and mostly excellent. Thankyou SafariSoles and all of the staff and guides for an amazing lifetime experience that we will never forget! We offer the following suggestion for future safari travelers: bring toilet paper, wipes, water shoes and flipflops, travel towel, and swimsuit.

Amazing safari experience - The tour was amazing! Our guide, Cheddy, was so knowledgeable and personable. There wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer - and our group asked a lot of questions. We got great photos because our guide got us very close to all the animals. The whole experience was reasonably priced and exceeded my expectations!

Safari of a Lifetime - This was an experience of a lifetime! The animals on our safari were incredible, but what made the trip for us was our guide. Cheddie is extremely knowledgeable, never stumped by our questions. His enthusiasm and sense of humour was delightful. A most excellent host for his country. I absolutely would do this again in a heartbeat…but only with Cheddie at the helm. If you sign up for this safari, specifically ask for Cheddie. There are so many companies to choose from for a safari, but this company was attentive to our every needs and was very good value for the money spent. Do it now! Don’t wait. Trust this company.

Private safari for couples - The treatment received by all the people who have assisted us has been unbeatable. They have given us facilities to make our trip tailor-made. The car with a lot of space and everything necessary for two people. The accommodations during the safari are excellent.

Amazing Tour with Excellent Guide Chadi! - An amazing trip from start to finish. We did an 8 day safari trip, visiting Tarangire, Lake Natron, Northern and Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater and finishing with a day trip to the Materuni waterfalls. Right from the start, Safari Soles impressed us. Regina was very quick to respond to us and was very flexible in tailoring the trip exactly to suit our needs. The communication with Regina throughout the whole experience was excellent, she answered any questions we had, provided us with a brochure of what to expect day to day, and details of the accommodation. We stayed in tented lodges, and the accommodation and food were excellent throughout. The staff in every lodge were very friendly and helpful. On the last night, we even got upgraded, which was the cherry on top of an amazing experience. At the beginning of the trip, we were greeted by Sefegelli (Chief). He was a great person to meet on the first day. He was very friendly, and immediately put us at ease, he told us lots of interesting facts about Tanzania, and brought us on a cultural tour to visit the local markets. The safari itself was incredible and so much more than what we could have hoped for, all thanks to our amazing guide Chadi. He went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable experience for us, driving around to find the animals, and his passion and enthusiasm for Tanzania and the wildlife is infectious. He is so knowledgeable about everything from the wildlife, to biology, to geography. I felt like I could ask him anything, and he would have the answer. He was also very kind and caring, and great fun to be around for the week. We learned so much from him and were so grateful to have had him as not just our guide but as our friend for the week. If you have the opportunity to go on Safari, I strongly recommend Safari Soles and Chadi. Asante Sana for everything, we hope to be back here and on another tour with Chadi again soon.

Would 100% use again - We did an 8 day safari in Jul/August 2023, around Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.our guide, Cheddy, was amazing. He worked incredibly hard to give us the best possible experience and was super entertaining and great fun to travel with. The admin and organisation was hyper responsive and all of the accommodation, food, activities were top class. Would 100% use these guys again, and in particular insist that Cheddy be our guide. He’s the best!

Excellent Tour mixed with a Great Staff made for a memorable experience! - I want to thank these young men for an unforgettable experience. Heading to Arusha for the safari, our flight was cancelled and we were sent to Mt. Kilimanjaro airport where we would then be driven to Arusha by the airline (about an hour away). Unfortunately, Baltazary had to wait 4 additional hours past our scheduled arrival time, before picking us up literally at a random hotel in Arusha. He was always available by phone, and quickly responded to pick us up when we arrived. To compound our situation, our bags did not arrive on our flight. I contacted Bryson as there was a language barrier with the airline staff, and he stayed in contact with the airline late into the night so that our bags were delivered to our hotel at 3am. Cheddy picked us up for our tour and we had a wonderful time. The tour was well organized and we saw all the animals, birds and more. Cheddy answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. We had great conversations and have great memories. He even had to accommodate us on the last day as it was raining, but we still had fun and made it to the airport for our flight just in time. I want to thank them for being considerate and compassionate when it came to the troubles we had with the airline on our arrival and still ensuring we had a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone for their price, attention to detail, and the passion they have to ensure customers have a wonderful experience. I hope to return and stay longer guys, take care.

Amazing safari experience - Chadi is an excellent guide: we saw many animals (big5+), he had a lot of interesting explanations, he knows the national parks very well. He cared passionately for us, we had a lot of fun together. He is a very good and safe driver. From the first moment on he cared for a good connection to us. He could read our wishes and needs from our eyes (it felt like this). We had binoculares, charging and very good tents and sleeping bags. Dennis is a cook who surprised us again and again with good and healthy meals all day long. He adapted the meals very good to the vegeterian persons. We can highly recommand both of them.
