Highlights
  • Tarangire National Park - After breakfast, the tour departs between 08:30 - 09:00. Your private guide will pick you up, and your exclusive safari with a private 4x4 vehicle begins. The first destination is Tarangire, where you will arrive at the lodge for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive. The park is renowned for its high density of elephants and baobab trees. Visitors during the June to November dry season can expect to see large herds of zebra, wildebeest, and cape buffalo. Other common residents include waterbuck, giraffe, dik-dik, impala, eland, Grant’s gazelle, vervet monkey, banded mongoose, and olive baboon. Predators in Tarangire include African lion, leopard, cheetah, caracal, honey badger, and African wild dog. Overnight at Ngare Lodge.

  • Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park via the scenic highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains stretching as far as the eye can see. Head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source and attracts a wide variety of wildlife. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti. Overnight at Osupuko Lodge/Osero Camp.

  • Serengeti National Park - Full day game drive in Serengeti. Start with early morning coffee, tea, and biscuits, then proceed with lunch boxes for an early morning game drive from 08:00 - 14:30. Overnight at Osupuko Lodge/Osero Camp.

  • Ngorongoro Conservation Area - After an early breakfast, descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area hosts a vast variety of animals, including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another major attraction is the dense population of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. Visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos, and other water birds can usually be seen here. Later, transfer back to Arusha city for drop-off at your hotel.

amazing memories and great pictures - It was a absolutly amazing safari with our guide Yona. He always did his best that we see the animals of Tanzania. He was always on time and told us a lot about the animals and the life. He was friendly and really peaceful. It was such an amazing experience that we saw all Big 5. We saw also some really rare animals like rhino or leopards. He was always spotting for some animals to show us. I’ve never seen so many animals and never that close. This experience was unforgetable. There‘s honestly nothing bad to say. The communication with AfriShare was good and we received always really quick a reply when we had questions. The karatu simba lodge was beautiful like the osupuka camp. Just the the first Lodge I think the name was Tembe Lodge was not really comfortable. The staff was unfriendly. But nevertheless it was an amazing safari with even more beautiful pictures of girafs, elephants, monkeys, rhinos, hippos, zebras, wildebeest, chitaahs, leopards and many more. Thank you Ibrahim and Yona for this great week with you!

Unique experience - My girlfriend and I did the 6 day Luxury Safari. Punctually at 8am our driver Yona arrived at our hotel in Arusha where our Safari experience started. We had six unforgettable days in Tarangire, Ngorogoro, Serengeti and lake manyara. Our driver was so nice and made our trip so comfortable and interesting. We were so lucky and saw all of the Big fives. While the Twiga lodge was okay, but nothing special, the other Lodges and camps were phenomenal. For the very competitive prices Ibrahim offers, we couldn‘t ask for more. Everything was well organized and Ibrahim and Yona also did their best to help us with our pcr-test. I can just recommend this safari with afrishare for everyone who want a unique lifetime experience for a very reasonable price.

Amazing safari trip and memories for life - Our trip has started much before our arrival to Tansania. Ibrahim provided fast and on point responses and he was very flexible and reacted positively on our requests. Tour guide and driver Atif was amazing and brought us to the best spots to see the wild animals. Afrishare booked the best lodges in my opinion, they were very comfortable and adventurous.

BEST Experience Ever!! Highly Recommended! - Our trip with Afrishare safaris was incredible. From the moment both Ibrahim and Freddy met us at the airport to the day we had to say goodbye to our wonderful guide Freddy everything was amazing. Our trip included 2 days in Tarangire National park, 4 days in the Serengeti, 1 day in the Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Eyasi. We also did the Hot air balloon ride at Serengeti NP, visited Hadzabe and Datoga tribe. We loved every minute of our trip. Our guide Freddy was extremely knowledgeable and I have no idea how he spotted all those animals without binoculars :) He was friendly, courteous and he made sure that we were comfortable throughout the journey. He was always willing to accommodate whatever we wanted to do. Thanks to Freddy, we saw ALL of the BIG 5. He got us close ups of every animal you could want to see - Lions, Rhinos, Giraffe, Cheetah eating a meal, Leopard sleeping on tree, Zebra, Crocodile, Hippos and on and on, absolutely fantastic. He started off our guide and honestly, ended a friend! We had a fabulous experience and I would highly recommend Afrishare and Freddy to anyone. ASANTE SANA Afrishare, Ibrahim and Freddy for this lifetime experience :)

Perfect Safari Trip and a lifetime experience - We were a group of 7 friends for our Tanzania trip. We had the perfect vacation thanks to Afrishare and Freddy. Ibrahim was very responsive and offered us the itinerary that we wanted. Ibrahim and Freddy (our guide) came to airport and picked us up. Our trip included Tarangire, Serengeti , Hot air balloon ride at Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Eyasi. We also visited Hadzabe and Datoga tribes. Freddy would brief us about the morning trip every evening during dinner time. He was very punctual and too care of us like a big brother (Kaka in Swahili :) ). Freddy was a great animal spotter and made sure we saw the big 5 and more. He was really patient and gave us ample time to enjoy the beauty of surrounding and animals. He also took us to local stores for shopping. Freddy was always communicating with other guides and made sure we reach the spots where something interesting was going on : we saw Cheetah Stalking an Impala, Rhinos etc. He made sure the car was inspected after every trip, cleaned up the car, refilled water. We learned quite a bit about Tanzania from Freddy. He was the highlight of our trip, very friendly , funny, humble. The trip was fantastic and I would totally recommend Afrishare + Freddy !

Amazing Safari experience! - Just returned from a 6 day safari with AfriShare. My family of 9 had 2 cars and 2 guides. I never expected to see so many animals. It exceeded all my expectations by far. The guides were great and answered all our questions about animals and other things. We had certain animals we most wanted to see and they made sure we were able to see them. The places they arranged for us to stay were also all great. There was something special about each place we stayed. I would book with this company again anytime and will recommend it to anyone I know wishing to travel to this region. This was definitely a trip of a lifetime for my family.

An amazing adventure of a lifetime~! - Being a young but well versed traveler, I've seen and experienced many things, but to say that the experience I had with Afrishare was one of the best experiences I've ever had is an understatement. I had initially met Ibrahim, the owner, in the NY travel show, where he had traveled to from all the way in Tanzania. There, my father and I were able to sit down and plan out the best and most affordable journey for us, from which national parks we wanted to visit, to the lodging or camping accommodations. He was very courteous and showed us images of the places we were staying and even threw in a couple of cute trinkets from Tanzania. This man helped create the most ideal itinerary for us, working with our needs incorporated everything we needed to see in Tanzania. The trip itself was spectacular. Our driver and guide, Emmanuel, took us each day from our lodge and drove us on game drives through various parks. The car provided was clean and spacious and though we did run into a few car problems along the way, Emmanuel was able to quickly make do and fix the car and then have it in the shop while we were at the lodges. He was also very knowledgeable and kind. We were able to see many different animals and took many beautiful pictures. He gave us tips for the locals and accommodated us as well. Tanzania is a beautiful country. Very natural, everything is well preserved. One of the biggest take aways I got from this trip are that 1) the people do all that they can to help preserve wildlife and protect the ecosystem and 2) the people are very kind. Unlike many countries I've been to, the people here were all very welcoming and helpful. We were never scammed or short changed. Everyone was earnest and kind. Overall, a must see one of a kind wonder. Would definitely come again and I highly recommend booking with Afrishare for a simply magical experience.

A unforgettable safari with the family - Tour guides were excellent, always on time, they knew the best spots to see the wild, very eager to help you. Also they were very good drivers. They respected Bibi. If there is anything to discuss it is the lunchbox. We had a lot of leftovers. That was a pity. It is hard to make it with the content of everyone, but a little bit variable food would be better. Our lodges were very good also.
