Tarangire National Park - Drive from Moshi /Arusha to Tarangire National Park in the morning. Tarangire is traversed by the Tarangire River, which never dries up completely. Being the only water source during the dry season, it draws hundreds of animals to the park, making wildlife and bird viewing spectacular. The landscape is varied, with grassy savanna plains, swamps, hills, and spectacular baobabs. Enjoy a full day in the park with game viewing.

Drive from the Highview Hotel to Lake Eyasi

Lake Eyasi - You will see great birdlife along the shore, and location alone makes it a great place to spend a couple of nights. Also, the meadows along the lake shores and forest are home to a wide variety of wildlife including leopard, hippos, a variety of monkeys, various birds, greater and lesser flamingoes, storks, and pelicans. Several pleasant, private campsites are located in forest clearings by the lake, and these provide grassy tent spaces and shower facilities made mostly from local materials. Drive back to the Highview Hotel or similar hotel for your overnight - full board.

Serengeti National Park - Relax for a full day in the Serengeti – unequaled for its beauty and home to the Great Wildebeest Migration. The huge herds of plains game, such as wildebeest, zebra, and antelope, dominate the park, while the attendant predators, such as lion and cheetah, are to be found amongst the many kopjes scattered across the plain. Its landscape varies from open grass plains in the south, savanna with scattered acacia trees in the center, hilly, wooded grassland in the north, to extensive woodland and black clay plains to the west.

Ngorongoro Crater - Enjoy a morning game drive en route to Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for game driving and exploration. The crater is 600m deep, 16km across, and 265 sq km in area. Enjoy the spectacular scenery and game viewing in what has been described as the world’s eighth wonder.
Many of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhinos can be seen grazing on the open grassland of the crater floor, surrounded by some of the 20,000 large animals that occupy the crater, including lion, cheetah, eland, zebra, and gazelle. Flamingos, among other bird species, can often be seen feeding at Makat Soda Lake. Afternoon drive to your lodge for your overnight stay.

Drive to Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara National Park - The drive from the Highview Hotel to Lake Manyara National Park takes about 30 Minutes. After having a Picnic lunch in Manyara, you start a late afternoon game drive, which is the best time to view animals in this park. When you approach it from the east, the Rift Valley escarpment looms on the horizon forming an impressive backdrop to the lake. In the tall trees of the ground water forest, monkeys leap from branch to branch, and on the escarpment, elephants stand in the shade. Other animals frequently seen are zebras, impalas, monkeys, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, and others. In the late afternoon, drive back to the Springlands Hotel in Moshi.
